I have ordered from this location for well over a decade with no issues and that changed yesterday when we found a fingernail or toenail in our brownie desert! This is absolutely disgusting and I will never order from here again ,This was no accident! wish I could hit zero stars

They get the order wrong all the time and just act like it’s no big deal to make you sit there for an extra 20 mins. Not a big deal until you drive home with multiple pizzas and realize they didn’t get your order right. They do absolutely nothing to make it right afterwards just attitude and excuses. Not a big deal when it happens once but at this particular one it seems like it’s every time

I have ordered from here several times and had no problem until today, when I ordered two extra large and got one extra large and one.. large I guess? It came in an extra large pizza box but the pizza was small (way smaller than it looks in the picture), which was sad. They have been good until today, so hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Always good food, as for the counter service. That needs some help. Still the same. One question. Why do the idiots that deliver park in the entrance. They are to Fn lazy to move over one spot. This has happened numerous times just trying to pull into the parking lot

Pizza was good but the crust wasn’t seasoned. It literally had no garlic butter at all which is the entire reason I wanted a Domino’s pizza… it was just kinda disappointing. I guess they forgot. :/

1 out of 5, here’s why. I had surgery for an ulcer a while back, and since then I just can’t eat very much ‘dry’ bread. By that I mean, if it’s a sandwich…there has to be some type of condiment…mayo, ketchup, something. It just feels like it sticks in my throat. The same is true for pizza crust…I can eat it just fine, as long as there’s plenty of sauce on it. I love Domino’s garlic parmesan sauce, in fact the pizza I order from there, is probably my favorite food. I order 2 medium, 2 topping, thin crust cheese pizzas, with double garlic parmesan sauce. You may not know this, but the garlic parmesan sauce, as well as the BBq sauce, are considered ‘premium sauces’, by Domino’s. Even though most of the employees don’t know this, and you won’t get this info from the app, or any menu that I’ve seen. That being said, if you order a standard (create your own) 2 topping pizza, by default or should come with regular sauce, regular cheese, and the crust. However, this is not the case when you order one of the ‘premium’ sauces, you are charged for that sauce as 1 of your toppings, i.e., a medium 2 topping pizza, normal cheese, with extra garlic parm. sauce translates into your pizza by default being, a crust with cheese only, no sauce…and your two toppings are, 1) first layer of sauce, and 2) extra sauce. If you were to order extra cheese, or any other topping, you are charged for additional toppings accordingly. What I’ve personally experienced at several of our Domino’s is, they squirt an unmeasured amount of sauce onto the crust, and use a ladle to swirl it around, most often leaving stripes of heavy sauce in a spiraling line around the pizza, leaving an even wider swirl around the pizza where the spoon swept through, subsequently leaving the crust devoid of sauce. This causes the cheese to burn, and the crust to bubble up to the top…resulting in a dry pizza. As it cools it will literally start to roll up on itself, and at least me, it is inedible. How we attempted to solve this problem is, we call ahead…or go in prior to placing the order, and give an explanation, and specific instructions to spread the sauce evenly, and to the edge…and to be sure add the extra sauce, (which we should not have to do). They have a weight chart, and are supposed to weigh the chart at each stage to ensure the portion sizes are accurate however, I think it is rarely used. If it’s made correctly, most of the time I tip $20, on occasion $10, even though my pizzas are about $13. We have stopped paying with the card, and only pay cash when we pick it up, so I can verify that it is correct, if not, I get them to remake it until it is. I made the mistake of sending my sons to pick it up last time, along with a $20 bill to tip the guy, and they brought it all the way back where we live on snow road, and it didnt have regular sauce, let alone double. This was after my wife spoke to the guy making the pizza, Brett…who is supposed to be a manager. She called and got it refunded, his response was…”We are focused on getting pizzas made, and out of here…not reading a computer screen.” This was his accuse for not knowing it was supposed to be extra sauce. There is one guy that works there, named Orion, that makes it correctly everytime, so we have resorted to not having pizza unless he is working. Unfortunately that is the best Domino’s in our area, including Saraland…I have tried them all. So we drive 35 mins to get it, only when Orion is working. I posted a few pictures of my app. order history, it will only display the last 5 orders…and you can see there was a big gap in orders, Orion was on vacation. I finally took a chance this last time, I’ve already explained how that worked out. My order history, if it would display it, looks like this for about the last 1 and a half years. Sorry so long, but I dont feel right about bashing people, without adequate explanation.

The store has went above and beyond to help me and my friend. Large order of pizzas was made on time on pretty short notice and was hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful as this was for a business and made sure we had more than what we needed to make the event successful. We cannot thank them enough.

Hate to say it but I was not impressed at all with this Domino’s. Paid for extra cheese, it definitely didn’t have that… It barely had any mushrooms and an even more pitiful amount of beef. The flavor was bland. Pick another one in the city of Mobile. They are all better than this one.

I ordered several pizzas for my business to feed our students. When the driver delivered the pizza, I asked for the receipt since I have to keep receipts for tax purposes. She stated that she did not have the receipt. I told her no worries, I will print it off from the email. When I began verifying all my bank transactions, I noticed that my emailed receipt did not match my bank statement. The driver added her a nice tip to the transaction. I do believe in tipping any worker; however, for you to lie and say you did not have a receipt just to take it upon yourself to write your own tip in is fraudulent. When I contacted the store, I was brushed off by the manager. He said, ‘We will look into it.” He did not ask me my name or any details. He was just trying to hurry to get me off the phone. I contacted corporate who took my information and said they will look into it to determine if the driver did indeed add her own tip, and they will contact me back. Sadly, it has been a week, and I have not heard from anyone. I have my emailed receipt and my official bank statement. If a company does not have any desire to make fraudulent behavior a top priority, then they are accepting the fact that there employees steal. I guess it will not become a big deal unless someone actually steals from the company. If you use this business, I suggest you pay in cash.
