Honestly had a terrible experience. While eating one of my slices of pizzas i pulled a string of hair out that was baked into my pizza. When my husband called and told them what happened he got the response of “Yes that nasty isn’t it.” The lack of professionalism was mind blowing. Not only did we get one pizza we had two and they said they couldn’t give a refund. It was after we told them we didn’t want to eat dominoes anymore that we were told it could be on our card within two to three days. Our family has liked Domino’s Pizza for a long time however their quality of service has fallen off lately. Over the last couple of months we have had three orders that were not correct. The first, one topping was missing from the order and we thought we all have days that things don’t go right. The second order there were two toppings missing and the delivery was almost an hour getting to us. We thought about calling the store but decided it wasn’t that big a deal and moved on. This last order had three toppings missing and one pizza was overloaded with cheese. This time we said something must be wrong for the last three orders to have things wrong and we need to comment.

Placed our order at 7pm, Quality check started at 8pm and it’s now 837pm and still waiting. We’ve called several times to check on our order and either there phone line is down or no one can answer the phone. I understand that the pandemic has left a lot of business short staffed but customer service can go a long way. At least just answer the phone and let us know that the order is still in process.

I accidentally ordered our pizza to the wrong domino’s location and when I went to pick up and they didn’t have the order, I was so mad at myself. When I explained the mistake on my part, they made my entire order for no charge so I didn’t have to drive all the way across town to pick up my other order. I just thought I would give another try and placed a carry out order here. They don’t deliver to the car though it shows the option on the website. Also the toppings were missing and they were too less. If you order a pizza you only get crust here. After ordering at over 100+ domino’s locations, this is the only place I would want to rate as 1. Although this location opened just a few months ago, they don’t want to really work hard on maintaining the reputation. The crust is baked well though, you get a point for that.
