I placed an order online for 3 pizzas. Prior to arriving, James was kind enough to call me and inform me that the ingredients were not available for one of my pizzas and ask me if I wanted a replacement. Instead of a replacement, I opted to increase one of the pizzas that was available from a small to a medium-sized pizza. Upon arriving to pick up my pizza, James had adjusted my order total and provided me with a courtesy small pizza. Thank you James for the phone call and for providing me with the courtesy pizza! Your phenomenal customer service was appreciated.

Look Domino’s pizza blocking the the ER entrance cardiac patient had to manuver around the drivers car to get to the entrance. What a poor lapse in judgement. Delivering pizza does not justify you to park in the ER ENTRANCE drive way and leave car unattended!

Very poor, I placed a online order and over 2 hrs later driver shows up. I called the store twice to see where my order was. James whom ever he is was very rude and unprofessional. I think if my order was going to be that late I should have received a call to tell me that. I am diabetic and can not wait until 2 to eat. It was around 11:30 AM when I placed my order. I refused the order and will be canceling the charge on my card.
