I ordered my pizza and 45 minutes later it was ready according to the tracker and it took over two hours for them to deliver the pizza to me. When I called they informed me that they only had one delivery person working that night which they did not tell me when I ordered the pizza. I would have been more than happy to do carry out if they had communicated effectively. In the end it took three hours before they actually got the pizza to us. I can confirm that they were three hours old when they showed up to my house. Wow, I am so disappointed with Domino’s in Brentwood. The time before the sun never showed up. I tried him a second time due to a great deal that was advertised online. I will never try them again.

I ordered my food on app 11/4/22 I sent my boyfriend to pay for it and pick it up but he needed to enter a zip code before swiping my card but he didn’t know what was the zip of the card so he told the manager he would be right back and 15 mins later he went back our food was still sitting on the counter so it was cold when he arrived home and we only live 6 mins away ! So no reason my food should’ve been cold. Also when he did arrived back at the store he was told they canceled my order after he told them he would be back. My card was charged 3 times and when I went to ask about it the manager lied and said my boyfriend swiped my card multiple times but he only swiped once. I tried getting in touch with corporate but the robot on the phone is no help. I literally lost 80$ after paying 40$ for 2 cold pizzas and wings

Very unprofessional & bad at communication. They accepted my order, & cancelled it 1 hour after it was placed. You provide all your information to be contacted but they cancel orders with out reaching out ! Please keep your customers in mind when making decisions on their orders !

Ordered dinner on a Sunday afternoon. Got a call that they only had one driver so was going to take an hour to an hour and a half to get the order. Told them no problem we were not in a hurry. Would have been nice to have gotten some sort of discount, but that was okay. When the pizza was finally done I got a second call that the drink we order was not in stock and was asked if we wanted a substitute. Once again was not offered any kind of discount or incentive. I have used this location multiple times and never had an issue. But would recommend a little better customer service relations when you have short staff issues.

I ordered for delivery with an estimated delivery time between 12-25 minutes. When they were an hour late, I called the store only to find out they had not even made my order yet. They did not even bother to call me to update me on the delay. We have ordered from here before and had similar issues (no deliveries that day or very late).
