We come to the area at least once a year and have ordered from this location more than once which is why it’s not a 1 star. With our food order, we also ordered dipping sauces for multiple people. The food came andwe tipped the driver. Then we realized there were no sauces. Called the store where a simple apology would have been nice, but no such luck. They offered to refund the sauces or bring them back. We asked for them to be brought back. The driver knocked on the door and hung a bag on the handle and walked off. Again no apology. Had the store employee or driver had the most basic of customer service skills, I wouldn’t be writing this review. We’re in town for a week and we will use one of the other pizza options this week and on future trips. Store Manager, you need to offer some basic training to your staff.

I can NOT believe I just waited OVER two hours for pizza. The worst part is, our pizza was just sitting there ready for over an hour waiting on a delivery driver. So when it arrived it was not fresh at all. We will not be ordering delivery ever again. They should just give up on having delivery service or add on door dash.

I ordered a pizza in 2 hours later it was delivered. The lady that answered the phone at the riv I have found that they look for excuses not to respected customer I will never ever in anywhere in the world ask for Domino’s Pizza ergate store in Madison Tennessee felt she was entitled to treat her the client with the lack of respect. I called two hours late and find out where my pizza was and she said he had delivered it to my door that they have contact with their customers. They didn’t even rings my doorbell let me know that my pizza arrived. Never ever order from River gate Domino’s. Worst expy ever and very rude employees and a manager who is their employees example.

I order, I pay, I wait, then i get a call that they wont deliver my pizza 2 miles away. I entered the adress in the app, they say its a wrong store. Then they cancel my order which was already prepared, and Im waiting hungry. And their managers response is “You can come pick it up yourself” after i paid the delivery fee. Really bad bussines that i have to suffer because of their mistake. I don’t know how this person got the job as a manager.

I would not recommend ordering pickup from this location. You can’t go inside and get your order but there are also no curbside spots. They won’t walk your order out to your car and instead wave you over to pull up to the curb against traffic.

Absolutely terrible communication and service. Ordered my pizza at 5 pm, was at quality check at 5:38… at 6:30 still said quality check so I called just to check on status. They stated that they only had one driver and that they were behind. This was fine and I understood that happens. They said the driver was 8 minutes away and our order was first up to go out which was no problem. Another hour went by and no pizza, I called again. With no urgency they stated the driver took out other orders and skipped over ours that had been waiting for 2 1/2 hours. No resolution or further options were given other than canceling our order or waiting yet another hour from that manager. Also, this is the second time this has occurred with this location.

Was just threatened by the GM and some short muscle white guy that said if I don’t leave they was going to force me to leave by force or police all because they made my food wrong and I asked them to remake the whole order and the GM pointed and told me to go sit down like I’m his dog or kids so I told him to watch his tone and the other guy was like you got 2 chooses walk out or he’ll put me out and like I told him he’s not gonna put his hand on me so I got my money back in all but horrible ppl.
