I understood it took longer to receive delivery because it was a Friday. But the Quality Control test needs improvement. When my son does not eat a whole piece of pizza, there’s a problem. The pizza was so overly cooked.

It is an absolute race to the bottom at the national pizza chains in Mount Juliet. Back in January, Pizza Hut just flat out did not delivery an order and took 18 days to process a refund. In February, I had quite the substandard pizza experience from Papa Johns. Now tonight, this Domino’s location completely dropped the ball. Ordered at 9:20 PM, nothing delivered by 10:40 and I contacted the store. I was told my order had to be remade and was on it’s way. Order finally delivered at 11:43 PM. Food was overcooked and cold when it was finally delivered. They also failed to deliver the 2-liter that was ordered. Just an absolute miserable experience.

Got hung up on THREE TIMES. One of which I had already given my card info and ordered so I just didn’t know if my pizza had been ordered or what. The girl on the phone kept talking over us and asked the same questions over and over. It’s never taken that long to order a pizza just to get hung up on. No wait time, no price, just hung up. Talked to the manager politely and he was extremely nonchalant. Manager has obviously not been trained on any form of conflict resolution or customer service. Extremely messy management and very unfriendly staff. UPDATE. We got our pizza and this is what it looked like. This was my husband and I’s Valentine’s Day movie night. Ordering these pizzas and getting them right has been a two hour ordeal. I’m really disappointed.

I requested my pizza to be PIE CUT. Galvin at this location messed up my pizza by cutting it into squares. I asked to him to please remake it. He said well I have to charge you for that. I was like but you messed up my request please remake it. HE FLAT OUT REFUSED. So I got my money back but he was just REALLY RUDE AFTER THAT. F- Domino’s and in case he lied about his name I have included his picture.

I ordered online yesterday and had them delivered. My pizza was fantastic! Love, love, love the Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch on the flatbread! A young man named Jacob delivered my pizza super quickly and he was so friendly! Best delivery guy ever! I wish I had more cash on me to tip him better, but I hope he will be my delivery guy again soon!

I honestly would never have expected a Domino’s inside of a Walmart to be any good at all, but this place has been as close to perfect as you can get- everything is always made properly and tastes great, and they’ve only been late one time out of the 8 or so times I’ve ordered from this location. And the one time they were late the pizza still got to me warm, even though it was an hour after I ordered, so I’m impressed. I’d highly recommend this location, they’re just as good as any other Domino’s location

Delivery is consistently late and lukewarm over the last 9 months. We usually regret it and then kick ourselves when we make the mistake of trying them again. When it does occasionally arrive on time the pizza is fine by Dominos standards.

So the first time I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was ready, 2nd dropped on floor so had to wait extra time & it was undercooked. 2 days later, working solo at TNT Fireworks Fundraiser tent in Walmart parking lot literally 200 yards from door to Domino’s and manager wanted to charge $5 “Delivery Fee” for someone to walk the pizza’s halfway so I wouldn’t have to risk theft from the tent…Ran in and out, didn’t see anyone steal, but how would I, I was forced to go inside…and they state in ads that they’ll walk it to car…!?!

Worst customer service. I have never seen such bad service. I ordered a veggie pizza (I am a core vegetarian) and found sausage after eating 2 slices. When I went to manager for the issue, she just said sorry and went back to whatever she was doing. I threw the rest pizzas in front of her and said I will give a bad review. She just ignored. Disrespectful, and worst dominos branch.
