Ordered delivery online, when it arrived my diced tomatoes were not on the pizza. I called and was told nothing they could do because on their screen it didn’t say tomatoes. This has happened before and they just remade the pizza for me and I opted to pick it up since the delivery guy had already made one trip out to my house. There’s a $3 delivery charge. I gave 2 stars because 2 of the 3 pizzas was decent. One of the pizzas was from yesterday. The spinach was dry and withered. Mushrooms and chicken the same and the sauce crusty. The entire pizza was cold. There was no way this pizza was made today.

We ordered our pizza to watch for a football game. It got here over two hours after we ordered it. We were missing all the sauces we ordered and they had tried to deliver to other house before us. The delivery guy was so kind and helpful. We called about our sauces and they told us we could pay for extra even though we already paid and didn’t show any kind customer service for our questions. Pizza was fine, but upsetting customer service. Definitely don’t order if you’re hungry at the moment. It’ll be a while

I’ll start by saying we love Domino’s Pizza! We typically get it once a week where we live. We were visiting this weekend in Smithville and figured we’d check out their Domino’s. Ordered online and got there a couple minutes after the app said it was ready for pickup. We sat at the pickup window for 8+ minutes without a single person greeting us (and several people walked by the window and 1 person even made eye contact with us). Finally, we pulled around to the front and my fiancè got out and went inside to get it. Overall it took about 15-20 minutes to get our pizza. It was only warm by the time we got home. Warmed it up in the oven and both of our pizzas tasted very odd. Overall it was a poor experience and probably won’t return.

This was the first time I’d ordered from Domino’s since it opened I normally use the other pizza place in town but the last three pizzas I got from there was it worth eating so we thought we would try Domino’s the lady on the phone that took my order was extremely nice

Usually pretty good, but the last time I ordered, I was charged double for my tip. My receipt said the price and had the original tip on it and looked correct, but a couple days later my card app alerts me and shows that I was charged for the tip twice. Am going to try to contact the store about this. Will probably update afterwards either way it goes.

They take forever and when you ask them about what’s going on they reply back hatefully. They leave pizzas on the counter for 20 minutes or longer at a time before putting them in the oven. Delivery time is awful. Service is awful. Can’t ever be on time and get an order right. They always flunk horribly at one or both. Customer courtesy doesn’t exist at dominos.
