Driver texted us as soon as we got the On The Way message in the app, asking us if it was okay for us to meet her down in our condos parking area so she wouldnt have to come inside the building. We paid for delivery and tipped with the expectation that they would deliver to our door. Thats literally your job as a delivery person. Also, app is glitching and saying food is delievered when its not, so we ended up outside looking for our order and thinking the driver left it somewhere incorrect while waiting for the store to answer their phone just to be told its a known issue in the app. Super inconvenient experience and definitely not worth all the delivery fees.

If it was possible to give store negative stars I would. We ordered pizzas at 4:20 PM On Halloween. Expected it to take a little longer and was told an hour. After not receiving pizzas at 6:20 pm, called again and was told they were the next order out the door. At 7:20 called again and was told that the store manager just delivered the order and left is sitting outside and the order was closed. While on the phone we looked everywhere and the order had NOT been delivered. Then I was told I could complain to the corporate office and that the store was not going to do anymore. The manager never got on the phone. Left message for district manager and still have not heard from him. 20 minutes after all this a delivery driver shows up and says he has our order. I told him we would not be paying for it and instead of giving it to us at no cost after the fiasco we went through, he left. Never again Dominos and hopefully other people do the same.

Ordered for car delivery, got there, and was informed my pizza had been dropped, and they were remaking it. Empoyee said they would be bringing it out to me in 5 minutes. Waited 15 minutes in the car and no one ever came back. Went into the store to see where my order was and they had left it at the window. Worst part is, the dough was undercooked when I got it home. Horrible service, and subpar product.

I have to say. I’ve been eating at this Domino’s for years. It’s always good. But whomever is working tonight 4/11/22 at 4pm made the best food I’ve ever had from Domino’s. Bread was perfect. There was more veggies and all was A++. Good job yall!

Pizza was burnt and not even cut, we literally picked up the entire pie and it stayed together. The Buffalo chicken bites were also burnt and more like chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce drizzled on top lol It was a joke. No cheese. We order from this location and usually this is not how it is, but last night was awful. Huge waste of money. We ended up throwing away and getting Don Arturo’s. The manager didn’t even seem to care when I called to ask if that was standard of cooking and service for when he was managing. He ignored my question. He said all of 4 words. Hello, Thank you. Bye. Whoever managed and worked 11/26 after 5pm is responsible. We will chose Marcos pizza from now on.

Best pizza in spring hill for the carry out chains. This domino’s is a gem, if you want a good pizza they always have their 3 topping large for 7.99 which is amazing. Thanks to the staff and manager who runs this store like a Swiss watch.

I’ve had a really bad day, with everything that could go wrong, was. I ordered a pizza to cheer myself up, waited 45 minutes around town for it to be ready, and go through the drive through and — they forgot about me for about 15 minutes. Called in, they came back all sweetly, ready to help and it turns out the person who took my order, because I did have to call due to their website being down, didn’t even put my order in. I promptly started crying. It was just the straw on the camels back, you know?

Every single time we have ordered from here consistently it is the worst, but we keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and letting it go. They consistently forget sides (including cinnamon dip icing for the dessert every time without fail, even when it’s in the delivery instructions), and now the past three times we’ve ordered (all one Wednesday afternoons) it’s taken over an hour and a half to arrive. It’s now Been two hours since our order was placed and 40 mins since our driver left the store, not including the 30 minutes it sat on the warmer in “quality checking”. The dominos by our house in Columbia is AMAZING and really shows us how lucky we are, because everytime we visit family here it is the worst experience. Would not recommend ordering from here, ever.
