Pizza is always cold by the time it gets to me, takes 20+ minutes after leaving the store. It’s such that I routinely get “We let you down with that delivery, here’s a coupon” emails with every order, literally before the pizza. I expect they are delivering farther out than they are technically capable of and need to reduce their area of operation. Temp aside, it’s usually good enough, despite needing to be tossed in the oven to reheat.

As someone who usually is happy with Dominos, I will have to say the ball has been dropped the last few times we have Ordered from this store. I will in advance say the crew for the most part have been 100% great , but the food and time has been lacking… We usually get the Deep Dish pizza from other places but here this store seems to be unable to do it right and weird to see that it takes over an hour for a pick up order at 6:00 PM. I hope they are able to fix the issues they are having.

Ordered through the app the employee had 2 mins bring me the food runs outside claims he didn’t see my car goes back inside and shuts off the timer in 1:20. So I pulled closer to him he comes out again pushing my pizza through the window and went to run back n I said wait, it’s been past 2 mins so I get a free pizza on the next order and he reply’s we’ll u parked where I legally can’t go so oh well n runs inside. I will be talking to corporate and the store manager about this in morning as I am also a store manager and would never allow an employee to have customer service in that way. I really didn’t even care about the free pizza it was about how he handled the situation

Despite liking the taste of domino’s pizza, my local store fails to put enough toppings on the pizza. I understand there’s a table to go by, but a pizza without toppings isn’t a pizza. And, then, forget getting a pizza cut or cut propoetionately. You will have to do that yourself, every time.

Placed order an hour and a half ago, pizza has been on the quality check line for over an hour… Called to see if it was a glitch but nope, delivery driver still isn’t even back at the store yet to get it. It’ll be so cold by the time it gets here… Sure you can heat it up in the oven but isn’t the point that you order a pizza so you don’t have to cook it yourself?

Ordered a pizza with everything but green peppers,well guess what’s there, GREEN PEPPER’S. Called the store talked to a very rude lady that was the manger and she didn’t say sorry or anything and when I as for a replacement she refused to do anything,I didn’t ask for money back just a new pizza without green peppers. She also said she was the store manager and would not tell me who was above her. I have made this same order dozens of times without any issues.

This is the worst dominos location ever. Online app said order will be ready in 10 mins. Got there after 15 mins and staff said another 30 mins and asked me to cancel the order of it is taking too long.

I placed a delivery order online. Food was delivered hot and fresh in a timely manner. However, the pizza they brought was not what I ordered. It happens. I called and told the girl about it. She took down my number amd address and was supposed to make the correct pizza and have it delivered. I even told her I would give the driver a couple extra bucks since he had to come back. Well its been an hour and theres no sign of a pizza. I tried to call again and it just rang for two minutes. If it miraculously shows up ill xhange the review. In the meantime my husband is starving
