Pizza arrived on time so kudos there but that’s about all that went right. I ordered 13 pizzas because I was trying to feed an office of twenty. None of the boxes were marked as to what kind of pizzas were in them so that caused a little confusion and then some of the pizzas themselves were not cut. To top it off I was given a receipt that was not legible so I had to go to the store and get a receipt that I could turn in on my expense report. I called and talked to a young man who said that if I would come over he would give me a better receipt. I’m five minutes away and told him I was leaving headed that way, which I did, only to walk in the front door as he was pulling out of the parking lot with a guy who I later saw walking around the parking lot yelling at himself. I think I’ll just go back to ordering from the store on Ringgold Rd

Not impressed. Our salad was half brown lettuce, the BBQ bacon chicken was over done and the pizza looked rushed, even though the delivery took over an hour. Two stars are because it got here at all. Better luck next time, some where else.

I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes without waited on, call back and escalate to manager it says to be hung up on. Call back again because no one had to work, or sleep right, for yet again no manager and nothing done but said wait for the manager whose in the background with much attitude yelling I need to wait cause other orders are in front of me. Ok so which time we counting. The first time I called when you made my order incorrectly or more l today when I’m just now getting a live person on the phone after calling 3 times and waiting 15 a hang up and yeah I love the attitude from our leaders in this location. This should have been a priority just in the 15 minutes wait alone. Asked about the store manager, who was said but to be there, but conveniently had the same name as the manager on duty now. Smh tsk tsk can’t even lie good. Can we teach them nothing? Corporate here I call

99% of the time this Dominos location has been awesome and delivers to me no problem. Sometimes it takes them a little long, but I think it’s due to staff shortage. This last time I called in and I spoke to a girl by the name of Sara. Let’s start this off with she refused to apply one of their coupons they have posted on their website. Secondly, I have never had an issue getting the pizza delivered to me. She refuses to deliver the pizza to me stating I was outside her delivery area. Mind you if probably had over 20 pizzas delivered to my address. She refused to give me any information on the situation. Extremely disappointed with this staff member, her rude demeanor, and little to no desire to help resolve this. Especially after considering I have had TONS of pizza delivered here. Not to mention so has my significant other. Completely dissatisfied with this.

I was visiting from WAY out of town,cans decided I needed a pizza. Their delivery time was a little high, so I decided to go pick it up. My order was done exactly when they said it would be. My pizza was done perfectly. The staff was courteous and helpful. They even offered me paper plates and napkins when they found out I was staying in a hotel.
