If I could leave zero stars then I would. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this domino’s and will definitely be the last. Ordered 2 pizzas. One was correct. The other didn’t have my toppings on it and 1/4 of it was burnt. Totally inedible.. Called and the manager was totally unconcerned with the fact that my pizza was wrong and that I’m an unhappy customer… Where’s my bacon and pepperoni?

Although the staff was friendly and helpful as they always are, my order was not appetizing. I bought the XXXtravaganza. It was just too much. The mushrooms were not tasty at all, and it just had too much meat.

Guess I should of stuck with getting my pizza Carryout..My second attempt with ordering online, first time was a bit confusing and I got a pizza with half things on one side and half on the other.. Today all my toppings were on one side and nothing on the other.. Like it had been DROPPED and they brought it to me anyway!!!. I was Hungry as HELL and only ordered delivery because of the Kentucky Derby and I didn’t want to miss it..

This store has been very reliable for the past several years. Tonight, the driver left the pizza on a chair outside like we asked. I saw it on my doorbell camera and this guy went above and beyond. He thanked me for the tip and wished us a happy holiday. It’s a small and simple gesture but he didn’t have to do it. Dude seemed genuinely happy. Looking forward to several more years of orders with Dominos East Ridge.
