Don’t bother wasting your time ordering delivery from this location because they frequently cancel online delivery orders right after you place them because they say there are no drivers available but they process your payment information anyway and you have to wait for them to refund your payment which can take several days. Online delivery ordering should be disabled if it’s not available instead of them taking your money for nothing and not refunding it immediately. When I called the store to speak with someone, the worker was rude and offered no apology and this has happened repeatedly.

Good only complaint I’ve got is just a bit too much on the butter they put on the parm bites also 85 percent of the time I don’t get the light sauce I request on pizzas. One other and it’s not the employees doing , You have to pay a dollar for each individual sauce u want for ur wings pizza bread etc.. my opinion it should come with a sauce for the sides and at least a garlic or whatever per order..

Roach crawling on the wall we addressed this to the employee she ignored it for about 10 mins and then got someone else to clean it up. Didnt even say sorry or anything. Don’t eat here.

Delivery was fine. Took a little while. Opened up my box and pizza not cut. If I was home, not a big deal but I’m in a hotel room with no utinsels. I called to complain and he acted like I’m bothering him. Was going to do nothing and I said most places offer free pizza on next order or whatever. He said it would take 2 hours to replace. Then said the best I can do is 20% off. I said I guess I’ll just call corporate, I’m sure they will have no problem fixing the problem. So in the meantime, I guess I pick my pizza like a bird. Thanks Domino’s Lake City, TN great customer service…NOT!!!

I have been waiting for my pizza 7:40 and it’s now 9:07 and they completed the order online so i couldn’t track it. Called and they said it was the next out the door and that was 25 minutes ago still waiting

I placed a order on line while they was still open for 30 more mins. My order was for pick up to , they called an said they was closed, and they clearly wasn’t, also wasnt very nice ether. I complained to corporate an they didn’t do what they told me they was . I will not recommend

I ordered food at 5:22p and was told it would be a 30-35 minute delivery time. No problem. At 6:30p (approximately 1 hour later) I call the store to see if they have misplaced the order. I am then told that ,my delivery is ‘next’ by the worker and that they only have one driver. Pizza arrives at 8:10p, long after I’ve fed my family other foods and given up on the pizza. The driver was nice, the pizza was quite old by this point. It looked like any pizza would that had set for 3 hours. Bear in mind, my hotel is an 8 minute drive from the store. Not sure why it took 3 hours to deliver a pizza, nor why the person I talked with on the phone was clearly lying, but I cannot recommend these folks.
