Pizza took over an hour to be ready on a slow night. Spent 20 minutes at the drive through window before anyone even checked in with me to see what order I was there to get. Pizza was then pulled from a warming rack. Will not order from this Dominoes ever again.

Once again,pizza was ice cold.According to the telltale tracker,my pizzas sat in “quality check for 40 minutes before being sent out for delivery.Add another 12 minutes for delivery and my order had been cooling for nearly an hour before I received it.Toppings were correct but haphazardly thrown on the pie(which is quite normal for this stire). Due to proximity,I’ve given this establishment multiple chances,but not again.

Very poor! Called because we were waiting for our pizza for over an hour when we were told 35-45 mins for delivery. When calling was told that our one pizza hadn’t been started yet and that the wait time for delivery is more like 2 hours. Why not say that when people call them?? Just be honest! I would have had more respect for your location!

Waited an hour for pizza that said it was out the oven just for it to be cold and one border line burnt. All the second topping on both pizzas were just threw in the middle of it. Poor quality for the wait time and has been this way the last couple times we have ordered them when you try to call and talk to a manger you can’t get through definitely recommend using a different pizza place or even just a different location then E Broadway!

Another dominos is closer but called to cancel my order. It was 12:39. By the time I got my order in on app to this dominos, 12:47. I got it there at 1:00am exactly, order was ready and the guy didn’t treat me like a complete A-hole for ordering 10 mins before close. People don’t value customer service much these days. It was very appreciated.

We ordered the pacific veggie thin crust. Wife didn’t want onion and olives but I did so we wanted it on half. When I got home the pizza didn’t have any onion or olives. Please verify the pizza is accurate before it gets picked up by the customer
