I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. I arrived earlier than anticipated & went ahead & paid for my pizzas. The Dominos team immediately started preparing my order long before the time I wanted to pick up since I was ahead of schedule. Customer service was outstanding at this store & I got 2 hot delicious pizzas just the way I wanted! I will definitely be back & will gladly tell others about my stellar experience!!

We heard the local Domino’s is under new ownership and decided to give them a try. So glad we did. On Memorial Day weekend we ordered more than 25 pizzas to serve to our hardworking team. We placed the order online and immediately received a call from the manager to be sure they delivered exactly what we needed when we needed it. The pizzas arrived on time, fresh, hot and delicious. Our team especially loved all of the different crusts and flavor/topping options. Some of them now have a new favorites like the chicken alfredo and Philly cheese steak options. Thanks for helping us to create such a tasty treat for our team!

Customer service, customer service customer service. Kiddos to store manager Phil. Last week we had an issue contacting the store closest to us. I assumed the store was closed, and contacted Sevierville, since they were the closest to our location. He assured me they were open, then took his time to order for us through some company portal. He then called back to confirm the order was accepted, and again to let us know the order was on the way. That type of customer service is rear these days my PS the pizza was hot and delicious.

Food took over an hour to get to us. They didn’t follow delivery instructions. The pizza was disgusting! I ordered hand tossed but was super thin. It stuck to the cardboard box it was in and fell apart when I tried to pick it up and it was very cold. I had to even cut it because they didn’t cut it all the way through. I get that everyone is short staffed but this is uncalled for. Especially when you pay $65 for pizza you expect it to be correct and good! The cheese was gritty. It was all the way around some of the worst pizza I have eaten in a long time!!

Picked up a Meatzz specialty pizza with bacon added. The pizza had bacon (not much) but not any other meat. No pepperoni, sausage, beef or any other meat. What a rip off and disappointment. Paid a premium, specialty price for a cheese pizza with bacon. 11 am today. Nov 12, 22

Pleasantly surprised. It been many years since I have been to Domino’s Pizza and we decided to give it another go. Tge service was top notch. The cashier who took our order was very friendly and the staff behind the counter went out of their way to try and communicate with a Spanish speaking gentleman. They over cooked my 4 pizzas n cheese bread i call right away n nothing was done about it the crust was hard the cheese and other toppings were burnt i wasn’t offered a refund or new pizzas had family here from put of town. I order from this same location every week 60 dollars worth of pizzas and cheese bread that got fed to my dogs
