I honestly don’t care much for the actual marinara on their pizzas but it’s right down the road and they deliver normally fast. Unfortunately the last time I ordered from them I stopped to pick it up, but the new employees hadn’t even prepped my order for the oven, even though the app said it was almost done. The app also gave me the option to pay in store at 11pm, but I stood outside the store knocking, because the doors were naturally locked. Attempting to explain what happened and why I needed to pay in store. The GM, very nice, explained that he had been doing inventory, and the other 2 guys there, were training. After total of 45 minutes from online order to getting in the store, my order had not been started. The GM apologized again and began my order.

The main thing that compels me to give this review is that even with the staff being busy with several other orders, they still took the time to go above and beyond and did a really nice design on the top of my pizza. I was very impressed. Normally that’d be an upcharge. I showed all my coworkers. Thank you for taking the time to make my order unique and not just another pizza.

Outstanding service today. Had a childs birthday party next door at Brickz for kids. Ordered 5 or so pizzas. Boom, I turned around, and they were at the door. Pizza was perfect. Fast and on the money. Great job, thank you very much.

Took payment twice and then when we told them to pull up cameras they called the cops until they checked cameras. Literally had to cuss at them to get our money back. Little kids running the store.

I placed an online order the delivery was supposed in 25 min it arrived in 60 min I called the store to claim insurance delivery and the store manager just said the order was delivered and you got your pizza “in 60 minutes greeeeeat”

Ordered pizza and it took them an hour just to prep it. We ordered around 5 and got the pizza at 7, when it was dark out. What’s worse is my family got food poisoning! Something on their pizza got them sick with diarrhea. I had my own pizza and did not, but some topping must have been rotten. Won’t order from this location again! Farragut one is much better!!

Pizza was hot and great but It took 3 hours to get to my house. I did learn that they only had one driver so I understood, and they gave me a 50% off coupon because it was so late. Great employees, super nice. But the owners should probably look into paying their drivers more, so more people will want to be drivers there.

Used their system to order over the phone, repeated 3 times wanted half of pizza without cheese. Got home with pizza, all pizza had cheese. Called store and after 15 minute wait, was told by worker that wasn’t on order. Said it was a corporate problem not his, if I had a problem , should take up with corporate. Said would not replace pizza for free. So if corporate problem then franchisee should work on! Would not recommend this franchise to anyone. A 1 out of 10!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery and it has taken close to 2 hours for delivery. It makes no sense. I understand that a place can be busy – I even expect a slightly longer wait on a weekend. But 2 hours? I’ve ordered from locations in several states and this is the worst wait time I’ve ever had.
