After accepting my order online, this store proceeded to cancel my order with no explanation. Tried calling store for explanation and I was left on hold for close to an hour before finally giving up. Ended up calling Uber eats. At least they showed up. Bad business

I sat on hold five different times for 20 minutes a piece trying to edit my order! After finally getting down there they told me my calls were going to call center and they didn’t know. So here I am needing to edit my order after they already charged my card. So I had to pay again because they had to void out the order. I was supposed to had got refunded the first order. I have yet to get refunded and still sitting g on hold with the call center. Worse decision I made.

Been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 17.36 minutes, you don’t close for 2 hours. Why is it always such an issue ordering at this location? Ordered over the phone and what a mistake. Could not add to the order by automated service so i opted to talk to an employee. I was on hold for 20 minutes while i drove to the location. The phone was ringing when i walked in and noone cared to answer it. I had to wait another 20 min because they did not answer the phone. I will not ever order from here again. We are not happy customers. The only reason im giving two stars is because of the driver that actually helped me. They also have about 4 homeless vagrants hanging outside. Terrible terrible terrible!!

They wouldn’t do something as simple as cut a bread bowl into 4 pieces because it’s “against policy”. I’ve worked at several pizza places and you’re supposed to take special requests if they are simple.

Always short staffed and the staff that are there are usually rude. 75% chance your order will be wrong or missing something (which is usually 50% for Domino’s in general). Last time I ordered I was immediately called and told I might be luvky if I get my pizza in 2 hours and that they can cancel it. I said I could pick it up instead if they didnt have a driver and ge sounded disappointed because he would then have to reprocess the order. Went to pick up my pizza, looked at it before I left, mentioned it was burnt, they said courteously they’d cook us a new one. Manager comes over, tries to tell me it’s not burnt and is only looking that way because of how they layered it… I said that is okay, but it is burnt, because it is black… she said no, it’s just how they made it.. Then she said whatever we’ll remake it. Why fight me if you already decided to remake it? Besides… not just the meat was burnt..and maybe it was “layered” wrong… but it was still black! The new one was hot and perfectly made, but by the time we got it our other food was cold. My friends encourage me to avoid this store, but I gave them a shot. My recommendation for them? Hire more people, you’re too busy and your burning out your people who are in turn burning your pizza.

Kinda ridiculous I order an 1hr ahead of time each time for a scheduled delivery and still it takes you guys forever I order 2 things every time and theres always issues some the drivers have poor handling of the food,I’ve had my order canceled 3 times this past month with no reason why and when I try and call I get the stupid automated call then when I tell it to get me a employee I’m waiting 20-30 mins with no answer tonight was my last time ordering from this domino’s

After waiting forever for my Brooklyn style pizza… Which was actually my fault and not part of the issue…. I picked it up from the store… Drove the 16 minutes back to my house.. just to get there and have a pizza that was BEYOND A THIN CRUST PIZZA… This pizza had no crust, once you picked up a slice the bread fell apart and was mush… There was ZERO CHEESE ON IT … So I called and what the female manager “Deborah” I think is her name said well they’re supposed to be pretty thin…ummm no not according to Dominos website or the pictures for advertisement.. But even if it was supposed to be a little thinner than a hand tossed… When picking up a slice it shouldn’t look like a piece of “swiss cheese” w/o the cheese just the holes.. she told me I could come back up there so they can exchange the one I have to make a new one…. So that means I have to drive 16minutes back and wait another 19 minutes for a new pizza and drive another 16 minutes back home?

Did not bring any of the sauces we paid for for our cheese bread. So we called the number, I have been on hold for …..12 minutes so far….15 minutes now….ok 20 minutes….hanging up. We will just come get it. Make us some new bread since this stuff you delivered is cold.
