Ordered Pizza last night for my kids, it arrives over an hour late. Pizza was ice cold, the delivery person sits the drink in between some shoes I had sitting outside. I work in a nursing home, so just imagine. Called the store to complain, of course they didn’t have a care in the world. Just imagine if the roles were reversed how you’d feel. I work too hard to be wasting my money at these establishments that apparently don’t have a care in the world about the the food they serve and their attitude towards customers. Never again! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

I ordered online and went to pick up my order! It was hot and ready on time :)) COOK! Did an absolutely astonishing job; pizza was cooked to PERFECTION ✨on a DIFFERNET note, blonde haired outgrown root girl came to window with my pizza didn’t greet me at all and threw it into my car and proceeded to slam window as hard as possible in my face. Other than that great experience! Fix window girl and you’ll be in business!

I normally try not to leave bad reviews, but I just can’t let this one go by. Let’s begin by having a 5min wait before anyone answered the phone. They weren’t able to deliver because the delivery driver was in an accident so I placed my order for pickup. The young lady was not polite in any way, no “may I help you”, just “Dominos”. She rattled off the price and hung up without allowing me to ask anything else. I get there to pick up and again, no friendly service, just what’s the name, and to top it off it was the wrong order! I ordered pepperoni and sausage and got pepperoni and bacon. There was no line, it didn’t appear as if they were extremely busy for a 330 time frame. I sincerely hope the owner of this particular Dominos reads this, because the customer service here SUCKS!!! For them to be the only Dominos in the area, you’d think they would want repeat business, but then again, if you’re the only game in town I guess you can be as rude as you want. I for sure will not be calling again.
