Every time we order chicken we get burnt up scraps of chicken. It’s supposed to be 12 pieces of chicken. Also ordered a pan crust pizza and got a regular crust pizza in a pan crust box. Very disappointed in this Domino’s the last few times I’ve ordered from here.

First off, some of the people that work here are really nice people. It’s the select few that have nasty attitudes and now they tell me after all of these years of ordering from there that they no longer deliver where I am because its too far out! Please! RIPLEY DESERVES BETTER THAN LYING HORRIBLE LAZY WORKERS. They tried to lie about their map so they would not have to drive. They said I was out of their delivery area within 10 min they have delivered to the house multiple times, including the week before. I highly recommend you never order from here, more than likely my last time. They mess up the order constantly, and they lie about things direct thinking you will not notice. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, on a Friday the next 5 days I was sick as a dog. Food was either left out too long,or not properly handled either way I stayed sick after I ate there! Never again will I order from Domino’s. Most definitely mild case of food poisoning! I say mild because I’ve had it once before and was down 9 days and nearly hospitalized.

I placed an online order. After an 30 minutes I checked the tracking because it was estimated 20 min delivery and it had blacked out like my order was complete. I tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes. While on hold, I checked my credit card and it shows they charged and then refunded my money. Apparently they cancelled my order without informing me. They never did answer the phone. Very unprofessional. I don’t live in a bad neighborhood so why they won’t deliver is beyond me. I ordered from Pizza Hut and got my order in 20 minutes.
