Placed my delivery order on the website. My order was confirmed at 11:03pm. My delivery address was a mile away from establishment. Come 11:55pm, having gotten no update on order nor delivery. I called. The manager got on the line and informed me that my oder was done yet they only had one delivery person, and it would be another 30-45 minutes, or it could be picked up.

Ordered a delivery around 8:30pm, didn’t show up until almost 10pm. Delivery guy tells me to check the pizzas to make sure they are correct, which seemed weird to me, but sure enough, they weren’t right. He didn’t bring my order at all, actually. Then tells me to call the store knowing good and well nobody is going to answer. Tell me, how do you leave a store with the sole purpose of delivering someone’s meal and you don’t even check if it’s correct before leaving? The manager of this store needs to be fired and the franchise owner needs to make some big time changes.

Hour an a half after ordering online they hadn’t even started it. Took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I was obviously upset when informed of a 3 hour wait time, which is after when the store closes. The girl on the phone was non challantly saying “yeah”. No curse world or remarks were thrown but she hung up on me and canceled my order without my knowledge. Someone needs to clean out the garbage they have working there.

I selected well done for my pizza. Not only was the pizza not well done, it was also gooey on the inside. This is not the first time I selected well done and square cut only for my pizza to be pie cut and not well done. This is at least the 3rd time it has happened. So I am finally leaving a review.

Failure to follow basic directions & paying $32 for basically bread. It’s not even half sauce and cheese. There’s one bite per slice of sauce and cheese. I paid extra for beef to most literally have 3 tiny pieces on the whole pizza. I ordered 2 medium pans and got 2 small hand tossed. It’s a COMPLETE rip off. Don’t come here.

Terrible experience!!!! Ordered pizzas for delivery. Twenty minutes later I receive a call stating that they did not have any drivers. I have 3 small children at my house so I could not pick it up. I did not want the order scheduled for later. The manager acted like a hood rat when she didn’t get the answer she wanted to hear. She canceled my order after I said that I did not want my order cancelled. Scheduling for dominos is not my job nor my problem. It is not up to me to have an operational plan for dominos. However, the behavior displayed by that manager explains the operational failure. Successes and failures start at the top and trickle down which means its storming failures at this dominos location!!

I think everyone knows what to expect from this chain, the main thing to consider is time and day. Tuesday evening pizzas always are perfect but if you’re trying to get one Friday/ Saturday night your order will probably be sub par. I’m speaking specifically for the Union location.

Kim aka Madison Clark is the District Manager and is the worst example for someone of leadership. 6/9/23, She discriminated towards me! I worked there at the Union location for over 3 months and everyday, I did doubles unless I was sent home early due to there not being 3 cars as I started. When it became 2 cars, Kim will always send me home and as soon as a caucasian male Harold Gene Buehler ( same man who was caught stealing from customer) became with out a car on his shift, she went out of her way to accommodate him when he has never worked double shifts.None of us African Americans had been offered another vehicle when in need. It’s either we were sent home or was left to work as an Insider. Her and Jacob, District Manager, has both been lying to me saying that the vehicle is in shop when come to find out, it’s at another location. Prior to clocking out, there was a teenager who Kim was literally overwhelming with work and was not helping her to point the child left the job for a relief, crying historically. Kim sat on her butt as a break when there were orders piling up while this one person was on make line just to avoid helping. Another driver and I witnessed this and even the deliveries were delayed for almost 2 hours and orders was incomplete. That was around 2pm that day.

Man I never been so disappointed in a pizza establishment before going to this Domino’s at 1560 Union. I ordered a pizza and it had hair in then the workers looking at me like I did something wrong. They really need to wear hair nets are something cause this is unacceptable for a place as big as Domino’s to have this type of problem.

Two hours, twenty minutes after ordering from this particular store, my pizza arrived by delivery. Yep, it is dry as it looks AND cold!!! I ordered extra sauce and there was no sauce applied. Tried calling several times, they force you to listen to the same recording over and over again, until it drains you. Needless to say, one less repeat customer.
