Typically I don’t leave reviews but the service I received was terrible!!! I got the wrong order no toppings were on my pizza whatsoever and typically I wouldn’t complain but the pizza I did receive was just not cooked well at all! And when I tried to call the store to see if they could give me the refund or at least a replacement I was put on hold for 30 mins so eventually I just hung up so I wouldn’t have to listen to the annoying automated message over and over again. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

I did not get the gentleman’s name at the counter at the highland dominos but he helped us out sooo sooo much today. I couldn’t have been happier with our experience. He greeted us as we came in and with about 5-10 minutes had our entire order ready and also talked to us about the sandwiches they had to offer. I have never been to a dominos where the food and customer service was good, but today I truly have. It’s not the place, it’s the people that make the experience great. Thank you to the staff as well for having it ready so quickly and being so kind !!!!!

Keep getting a different order. The last 2 or 3 times that i have ordered from dominos, ive been getting what i ordered with extra things. Example feta and spinach with tomato sauce????? Like who does that. just today i got a hawaiian with a mix of a supreme. It also doesnt make since that the pizza feels dry, as if it was reheated. I dont know if its because of the late time it was ordered but it still makes my family disappointed.

This used to be one of the best chain or corporate pizza places in the 38111, I never had any issues until the last year or so. The last two times I had major issues and this was all within the last 6 months the first time I ordered delivery and I waited almost 2 hours and nothing ever showed up so I drove to the store and they couldn’t find my order anywhere as if the driver was still out and about with my order. The driver ended up showing up with my food even though I had already ordered more.
