Got an XL Brooklyn-Style pizza at this Domino’s on April 19, 2023, and the pizza in the photo was what I received. Not only that, but the lady who was working at the cash register at the time was not friendly or even minimally polite. She gave me several bad looks as I approached the front counter. I told her my name, and she gave me another bad look before getting my pizza and handing it to me. She didn’t speak to me at all; she just kept giving me odd looks. I was so uncomfortable around her that I left quickly. It was only after I got home that I looked at my pizza and saw that it was burnt. I am unlikely to return to this establishment any time soon.

all i wanted for my bday was a pizza!!! all they did was talk trash about the costumers i ordered for pickup and still had to wait almost an hour. i might as well had made pizza at home after waiting listening to them disrespecting everyone. the place was dirty and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned all day! i was patient but ended up having to give up and ask for money back. this was ridiculous!

They are always short staffed. And tonight I waited three hours for an order correction that the manager George Wright lied about fixing. I called 3 times only to get lied to. I emailed corporate. Pizza was ok with the garlic butter sauce it upgraded to good …I phone in order @8:31 pm from the parking lot Walk in the door @8:36 order was already ready so that was no 15/20 minutes pizza was warm not piping hot like it just get out the oven but it was ok don’t like the idea of adding gratitude to my ticket without telling me 1st that it would be automatically added

I’m not a domino’s person but my mother is. The last two times I ordered from the place the food was over cooked. Today I picked it up. When I checked it I asked the lady why have my pizzas been overcooked lately. She didn’t respond, so I’ll be going to Little Ceasars from now on.

I’ve been a loyal customer but the past few visits have been frustrating. My latest incident I ordered delivery. Left sizable tip and waited more than an hour to tell me my order had been delivered. Since I know that wasn’t right, I called and the associate said the only thing they could do was return my money. By then my family had already waited so long to eat so I just wanted my food. I drove up to the store and spoke to the manager (tall young guy) and told them who my delivery guy “was” according to my text alerts. He looked around and found my food still there. What a waste of time and money.

Went to this location placed a order for two pizzas and two order of wings. The pizza was burnt on the top and the crust. The cheese was brown. When told the pizza was burnt the young lady stated that’s how it comes out the oven. Yeah I bet if the oven is up too high. My kids love domino’s and sad to say the pizza went to waste.

Usually my favorite Dominoes in Memphis but on the night of 12/29/22 possibly the worst pizza I ate in years. Barely any cheese, no sauce, tiny amount of toppings. I would’ve did better buying frozen. Four pizzas and wings and the complete order was TERRIBLE!!!
