I ordered online before walking out the house. Got there at the 1st quoted time in estimated ready time. Checked in, app said your order is ready and will be out asap. The young lady came right out. Everything was hot and prompt. Service was great, food was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered pizza and pasta and was headed to another client. Wanted to eat pasta on the way but NO FORK. Both foods were so hot couldn’t eat any until after I got off because they didn’t cool in the 15 minutes drive to next client. But they were both delicious.

I would have given them a five based on the freshness of the food. The issue I have is the agent failed to provide napkins, or other condiments. Nor was she knowledgeable of company policy. My husband asked if they provide discounts for military personnel, she asked him to hold for a moment but upon returning, she never gave him a definite answer. She just put his change in his hand without saying anything.

Had a weird experience with one of their drivers that damaged my property. Totally honest mistake by the driver but it happens. Sarah the manager was awesome in communicating and ensuring it was all taken care of and handled it like a pro. Made me a fan!

During this terrible cold weather, I decided that I wanted pizza. I’m glad I ordered from this location! I got the Philly cheesesteak pizza which was amazing, the extravaganza pizza which was amazing, the ultimate pepperoni which was amazing as well! I also got the Meat Lover’s as well. It was all yummy! Give them a chance! Great team and service.

I ordered contact less delivery online and specifically requested for my food to be left in my carport as it was snowing outside. Their tracker was down so no way of knowing when food would arrive. When driver arrived at my house, my food was left at my front door, IN THE SNOW. No knock at the door. No ringing the doorbell. No call. No text. No way of knowing my food was left out in the cold. Not sure why I tip someone up front for this.
