Ordered double pepperoni pizza should’ve ordered 10x pepperoni so it would at least cover the pizza. Wow now I know why they can offer a 5.99 medium pizza put .50 worth of toppings. Pizza pics on their website and my pizza look totally different. Should’ve gone to gas station and got a microwave pizza. Just sad won’t ever order from here again won’t give you the chance to “Make It Right”

I called to place a delivery order and the guy that answered the phone sounded like he did not want to be there. I asked several times could he speak up, it took me repeating my address literally 6 times for him to get it. I understand that sometimes there are communication issues so I asked him could I please speak with someone else. I explained to him that it was no problem with him, it was only that he wasn’t speaking loud enough and was not comprehending what I was saying. He then rudely says could you just repeat your address. So after 10 minutes on my address we move on to my card number. This took another 10 minutes. I have no idea where his mind was, but it was not on taking my order. I repeated my card number at the least 9 times. After the third time repeating it I begged to speak to someone else, still he would not hand over the phone. Frustrated only hits the surface of how I felt. So after he finally gets the card number right I ask him could he repeat my order simply because we were having communication issues and I wanted to be sure he got my order correct. He instantly assumes I’m complaining about the price and starts telling me how much the delivery charge is then in the middle of me explaining that I was not upset about the price he blurts out you have a remaining balance would you like to pay another way. I ask for the third time to speak with someone else. A lady came and she got my order In literally 3 minutes. After I hang up I remember I didn’t ask for crushed red pepper do I call back to get it,willing to pay for it, and the guys answers and screams into the phone HELLO.
