The pizza was good! I looked at my receipt a few days later and realized I was over charged. Called the restaurant and was put on hold for 8 minutes in the middle of the day. I finally hung up. Won’t be going back.

Worst store in the mid south. Staff and management got mad because i couldn’t leave a tip for the driver. Manager must have a high skool diploma, his rhetorical skills matches that of someone in high school. I wint oder from this store ever in my life. Slow pokes…..

Their online ordering was not working so I call in like the system said to do. They would not give me the online coupons and then shorted my order. When I called in to get it fixed they wanted to charge me for their mistake!! Will not be ordering again anytime soon!!

Ordered tonight, food was good like always but driver was either in a rush or just not paying attention, she delivered my food three houses down I was outside and didn’t know if she was delivery driver or someone visiting or who lives on the street, but you’d figure someone standing in their driveway with money would be giveaway that that’s the house not mention Were looking at each other the whole time, called the store and they happily remade the food. But then when she returned with my order the second time she made it out like it was my fault stating “If you see us just shout” and that the issue could’ve been avoided. Props to the store for making the food quick the second time, so overall store gets a 5 but driver gets the 3, at least she brought the order herself the second time and not someone else.

I don’t usually come to this location but were headed somewhere and decided to pick up dinner. I ordered from the app. When done, was instructed to go to the door and an employee would meet me and hand me my order. It was ready pretty quickly, so my husband went to the door. A sign said to go to the drive thru. We double checked the app and my husband went back to the door. He asked an employee for his order and was told no. He was told he had to go through the drive thru even though the order was right there where he could see it. The line for the drive they was around the entire building. We waited in that line for another 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window, it took one minute for the employee to turn around and hand us our order. After we got it we again asked why we couldn’t just get it at the door like the app told us. The lost looks of the employees said it all. They didn’t give a care about good service. They didn’t care that our time was wasted and with us taking up space in line that put other peoples orders even further back. Work smarter!!

Hot and fast with polite employees.The pizza is still very hot when it is delivered. Dominoes has come a long way from being 2nd to 3rd best to now becoming arguably the best since the changed the crust and added the garlic better and added a ton of new items to their menu.
