I wouldn’t even give them one star! They delivered my last order to the wrong address and when I called to check on it EVERY SINGLE person INCLUDING the manager was rude to me over the phone when I POLITELY called to ask what happened to my pizza! Then the delivery guy literally goes to get it back from the wrong house and delivers it to me after he gets the pizza back from some random strangers who had already touched ALL over my pizza! When I finally so talk to someone who actually acts like they care he says he would give me a $25 dollar credit (which didn’t even cover my order) and that was over a month ago and I’ve yet to see it!

3 times in the last month I’ve ordered a delivery from this domino’s. I have waited for over an hour with no change in the status of my order. I call and they say we don’t have enough drivers to deliver and don’t want to start your order until we do. I would think you would provide this information when I place my order. Don’t wait till I have to call an hour later only to be told it’s going to be another 30 minutes after I call to start making your order. Be upfront .

I ordered two pizzas, and they took a little longer than I expected. However, I left good reviews on the Domino’s app and later received an email with a coupon. The email included a coupon with a message, “That delivery was not what we hoped it would be”. I thought that’s good business practice even though I didn’t leave bad reviews. They noticed the time it took I suppose and sent it anyways. Good stuff!
