My order consisted of three pizzas I was delivered two when I called the store and given the run around until someone finally just chose to lie to me and say the pizza was on its way back but was never delivered nor was I given a refund. The workers in there know what they’re doing and just are being incompetent and disrespectful.

To start ➖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the true rating is minus 5 stars I just wasted money on the worst pizza ever. The Pizza was more cheese than anything it barely had any toppings and what is the square chunks of mystery meat and whatever the little balls of meat was tasteless. I definitely will never go back again not even if someone else is paying or if was free to sum it all up it isn’t fit for a dog to eat.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I placed an order and picked it up only to arrive home and find my all items in my order were undercooked. My pizza and bread bites contained raw dough. I drove all the way back to the store and was met with two rude and unhelpful ladies who refused to rectify my order or offer me a refund. I am throughly disappointed with the attitude and the service I experienced. Dominos should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of customer service and care for customers. I will not return to Dominos and do not recommend that anyone orders from this establishment.

I arrived at the store at approximately 7:37 p.m. They could not find my order and asked me to pull around to the 2nd window. Several cars pulled in and left with their order while I sat there. The delivery guy came and left several times. I was still sitting there in the dark at 8:09 p.m. I went back to the 1st drive thru window where another customer was receiving his food. When I knocked on the window, I was ignored. I knocked harder and was told to hold on. No-one ever came to speak to me. I went back to the secondary window and waited another 10 minutes before my food was bought out to me. The female handed me my food without saying anything. I asked if they just forgot about me or what? Her face made a look as if I was annoying her with my question. I asked for a discount and the acting manager said when I call back to tell them I’m supposed to get five dollars off. I really don’t expect that to happen. I feel as if I was being shucked and jived.

We decided to place an order at 11:20 and they take our whole order, charge us and, tell us it’ll be about 30 minutes & then hangs up. Then another woman (who was a complete b!tch) happens to call 3 minutes later letting us know they aren’t taking any more orders. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.
