They are always friendly but just a bit slow at the pick up window. Their pizzas are great but again sometimes I have to re-slice the pizza as they are still stuck together. All in all they are a welcome restaurant in our small town.

There wasn’t anything special about this experience it was your typical carry out pizza night but they get 5 stars just because it is the first time that I’ve been able to purchase pizza for under $50 since covid!! I was excited about that!! Lol umm seriously!!

Ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be half and half. I had meat on one side and spicy peppers and olives on the other side. When I got my pizza it was all mixed up and pieces of each side were stuck together and soggy. I only got one piece of my side because you couldn’t really tell which side was which. I called and they said that they would give me store credit didn’t get my any of my information or anything. petal dominos has always been so good. And the delivery driver knew who I was and when she gave me the pizza said something under her breathe so idk if they messed up or if she did it, but I’m just super disappointed.

Horrible customer service, zero stars! Faye, the manager, called to let me know half of my toppings were unavailable. And when I asked could I sub them for other toppings her only solution was that I’d have to pay more money. As a “manager,” I think she could have made the decision to give me 2 free toppings to sub since its their fault that the toppings were out of stock. Do your job and stock the toppings, not my fault! Just ridiculous. I canceled my order and will not order from them again. I’m so over eating food thats not even healthy yet the restaurants act like its made of holy water and gold, but want to hold on to every dollar and be cheap! I will be calling to speak to a real manager, because the lady I spoke to was very slow and dumb, I’m sure she was lying about being a manager.
