Mixup on App Order on my part. Go-worker went to pick up and it was under my given first name and not my middle name as she knows me, so no order was there under that name.Of course no one thought to go by last name? Surely this has happened before? A phone call to their Sister location proved to be MOST uncaring or helpful and reprimanded me for calling a second time by mistake. A kind word and being helpful would go along way for this location. A call to the correct location was very helpful with all ending well.

This is my favorite dominos on the coast. Amazing and service. I’ve had numerous problems with every other location in Gulfport but this one. They have always given me my pizza on time and they are extremely nice upon pickup. Pizza is always hot and delicious! I recommend the Chicken Parm oven Baked Sandwich!

So ordered pizza last night. Got “checked” at 10:25 and didn’t leave until about 10:40 and didn’t get to me until way after 11. But besides that, what is the purpose of even hitting CONTACTLESS DELIVERY if the drivers can’t even read? Multiple times I try to hit contactless delivery and type “Please do not knock baby sleeping” because of my dog barking and waking up my baby at night and the knock loud every single time. And they always deliver your pizza an hour after it’s been quality checked.

Refused to cook my wings twice when I asked. The driver was very rude when she called to tell me the address was wrong on my order. If I hadn’t already paid for the pizza I would have canceled the whole order. Need a little more training on customer service.

I have ordered from this location for over ten years and the service has been stellar. However for some reason I am unable to get delivery from the online system even though it is less than 5 miles from the location. What is the purpose of offering delivery when they don’t go 5 miles from the store? I can only assume that the corporate office does not care because they failed to respond to the issue or even have the courtesy to respond.

Every time I order deliver with this dominoes I get reminded of how horrible they are. I’m pregnant and this is the only dominoes that delivers to my area so as a pregnant tired woman I prefer delivery majority of the time. I rate the pizza a 2, it’s always cold and dry…like no Marinara sauce at all, just dry bread. This place has been horrible for years. I usually drive to the dominoes 10 mins from my house when I want fresh good pizza because I love dominoes but this one specific dominoes is HORRIBLE. Shut the whole facility down please.

I love the food! The employees are wonderful. My delivery driver was great. Here is what I don’t like…. I use to enjoy ordering prior to getting home so I would arrive just prior to the pizza. Well now I am no longer in their delivery area. I do not understand why this has happened, but it’s awful. I placed an order today to pick up but I fear I will have to order pizza from the restaurant that does deliver to my address. It’s a sad day.
