ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Gave us RAW pizza! Thats right RAW pizza & RAW cinnamon twist! It gets better… Get there to pick up our order and had to wait because she said they was having problems with the oven. Since she called to confirm the order, she new my nuber and NEVER picked up the phone (called 5 times!!) When we called to complain about the RAW pizza! So we had to go there… she claimed the pizza supposed to be RAW! Shes telling guy in the back to redo the order and he’s yelling back that he’s not redoing it! They do redo the order but just and fyi… while fixing your food they play on thier phones at the same time!!! AVOID THIS DOMINO’S AT ALL COST. THEY’RE GROSS!!!!

This location is HORRIBLE. Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza was dry and they didn’t even put all the ingredients on the pizza. Pizza is cut in all different directions. Got 4 tiny slices, 1 gigantic slice, and 3 small slices. They don’t answer the phone and when they do, they just hang up. Wasted my dang money but NEVER AGAIN. I’ll drive to Mccomb next time!!!!!!

I would not recommend this place, the employees are not serious. The estimated time for my order was 10-13min. I went in to pick it up 15 minutes late to find out that one pizza was ready and the other was not even in the oven. The girl told me to wait an additional 10min outside. Note: when I got there to the parking lot, the two employees were chatting outside in the back of the building instead of taking care of the only order they had at the time.

The app tells you it’s ready and you get there to find out that it’s not. This seems to be a pattern with this store. However it was nice that the app actually worked this time. As I type this, it’s been 40 minutes since the app confirmed it being ready. And over an hour and a half since I ordered. The store is way under staffed.

My app said my pizza was ready but when I came in to pick it up, I was told it was half way through the oven and I would have to wait 5 more minutes! When I said the app said it was ready the employees told me that their times don’t match what the app says. This needs to be fixed!

Called while running errands and asked what specials there were.The young man said he didn’t know and put me on hold. When he came back to the line he said there was a two pizza special. I was surprised by this and told him nevermind. When I stopped elsewhere and looked at the website, I saw several specials with the coupons section. It would have been nice to be directed here instead of being brushed off. This isn’t my first bad customer service experience. It’s usually incorrect orders and the like
