Great pizza and a reasonable price. They deliver to FT Knox and have never failed to feed me when I’m in the area. I recommend ordering online or through the app, so you get your rewards points towards free pizza. They have good working hours, but delivery time can very based off of driver’s available.

Don’t challenge the manger on duty tonight, that woman is apparently far too emotional. Their driver forgot the sauces I paid for, which usually isn’t a big deal, but then went to the trunk of his car and pulled out garlic sauces and handed them to me with expiration dates of Aug 2022. Called to get a refund for JUST the sauces as everything else was just fine. I get told refunding them is impossible and not to be rude just because the tone of my voice changed and I got agitated by the blatant lie and laziness and requested they don’t input the tip I wrote on the paper receipt then. She proceeds to give me attitude and says she’s just going to refund the order and hung up on me. Ma’am, I just wanted the refund for a few cheap sauces after your employee took the liberty of handing out bad product. Dominos needs to get their customer service together. Talk about rough. This is how she treats military and DOD personnel, imagine how regular civilians get treated

If I could give it 0 stars I certainly would. I will say, any time we’ve had any issues there Melissa, the managers name is the one stamped to it. We ordered 3 large pizzas at 7:25pm, was notified via Domino’s app at 7:36pm that my order was out of the oven and being checked for quality. It wasn’t until 8:37pm that the order was finally on it’s way. Finally at 9:06pm it arrives (I live approximately 12 miles, or 6 minutes away). Needless to say, there was no heat whatsoever emanating from the boxes… See photos, they say it all! That’s what they actually looked like when i opened it! I said if hell naw. Gross! Lost my business! Went right around the corner to Papa John’s!

I called at 11:00p.m. no one answered the phone till 11:45, lil’ did I know that they stop taking orders at 11:30 pm…with that being said I told the guy I had an order online and he hung up on me…I called back and it said…store hours are…blah blah blah, you know the drill!! Then went back to check and delete my online order and they had changed the date!! Then called back again and same answer before about the times…needless to say even though they are across the street from me…I will no longer be ordering from there. I think it was rude and tacky…

I really love dominos for the flavors and the deals but I’m starting to get disappointed in this store because they skip simple things like adding the sauces included with the chicken or cooking my pizza all the way through. The last 3 times I have gone here my order has been messed up in one of these ways and it’s really upsetting because I don’t want to go somewhere else.

Order placed at 19:50 and Quality check began at 20:03 but did not leave store until 20:31 with expected delivery time of 18 minutes. 1 hour for a pizza is long enough for me to drive somewhere else and get something better myself. Delivery was made at 20:57 with 23 minutes still showing on the tracker clock. If a quality check requires 23 minutes perhaps the customer should be notified and if a delivery takes 67 minutes for an order to be placed and delivered, tepid not hot, on a 6 mile 8 minute drive then a courtesy call should be considered instead of adding more stops and stress to the delivery driver.
