Order two cheese pizzas carryout waiting for them while they were cooking very very good cheese pieces best I’ve had in long time from there in a long time all they had to do is just take your time just put more toppings on their pieces she’s there for a while they were skimping even on the sandwiches I should get a Philly cheese a lot but I had to quit get them because there was nothing much on there no more I guess they come in pre-packed already for the sandwiches I guess but they need to put more on there but the cheese pieces were delicious finally somebody’s like taking some pride I’m glad

I made an online order at 12:47 for a 2:00 pickup. I get there at 2:00 and the order hadn’t even been started yet. Then, I was asked “are you on a tight time schedule?” Yeah, that’s why I had a 2:00 pickup time that I ordered well enough ahead of time. They were behind schedule and overwhelmed. I wasn’t the only one waiting.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Robert H. at the 8404 Preston Hwy store was today! I had some issues with submitting my order online and accidentally ordered twice, but when I got to the store to pick up my order, Robert had me taken care of. Ordered yesterday at 1pm. By 2:30pm, no delivery or contact. When calling into the store, hung up on four times. After putting a complaint on social media, MOD called me back and cancelled my order. Got another call back today from their store manager. None of this was their fault somehow. For some reason, no one wants to work. Maybe you should pay your staff properly or close down. Preferably the latter.

I had to ask for help a couple times when I walked in trying to pick up my food even I already order it and this has happen the last 4 times I gotten pizza here. Just very poor customer service. If you care about that some people do some don’t. Pizza was hot and good thought and everything been right every time. So can’t complain there.
