It was the worst experience I have had at this store. They didn’t slice any of the pizza and I had to do it myself when I got home. Everything was burnt. My spinach cheese bread had a total of 8 spinach leaves on the bottom instead of in the middle where it’s supposed to be. Everyone working night shift that was involved in cooking tonight should be retrained. Check out the photos.

Have observed a pattern of poor service at this location. Tonight we ordered wings for in store pickup, and when my husband got home with them we realized no flavor sauce had been added. Was on hold for 11 minutes trying to call in as we returned to the store, though there were multiple workers in the store and no other customers present when we arrived. The manager touched our wings with bare hands to confirm the lack of sauce, and would have just added sauce to the now lukewarm (at best) wings she had just touched if I hadn’t insisted on replacing them with fresh food. This is not an isolated incident, as we once had a delivery order that took over an hour and was delivered to the wrong home when it did arrive. There have been previous wrong orders that were minor enough we didn’t say anything those times.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered pizza that wasn’t done, watery and very doughy. Tried calling to get it replaced, the lady was very rude and said that a assistant manager would be calling. Never did. I then called again and asked to speak to a manager and the woman on the phone said you’re speaking to one, I gave my information to her again and she said oh did the assistant manager not call you? And I said if you’re a manager why would the assistant be calling me? She said very snobby “because I’m not gonna replace it” … I hung up. Dominos if this is how you treat customers, you will not have business.
