We always order from here and normally its always great. We ordered online but had to call to add Alfredo to the pasta because it doesn’t give that option online. Normally we call and they charge us an extra dollar or two for it. Today they said they can’t do that anymore it doesn’t give them the option either. Ok fine I get the pasta and half of each noodle is hard so we call back the person on the phone has someone in the background arguing with us that they did it right. As we are on the phone we find out they made the wrong sandwich for my husband. So he let’s them know they said if we want it we have to pay for them to deliver it again. During this time we asked to speak to a manager one never came to the phone. And now my husband is driving up there to hopefully get this resolved. We have never had this bad of service here its really sad.
