I literally never make reviews but they have left off entire ingredients the past 3 times I’ve ordered pizza from them on the app when I literally struggle so bad financially and when I try to call them after placing my new order a few minutes ago just to make sure they double-check not to do the same thing again they just don’t answer the phone. Even after 5 calls in a row. Like really? In this economy? It honestly is sad like I don’t know what else to say about it. Guess my kids may have to miss yet another dinner.

We stop here at least every other weekend. Tonight when we stopped we were not happy at all. The customer ahead of my husband placed a carryout order. After it was placed the female employee (seemed to be a manager) stomped off and left my husband standing at the register waiting to pick up an order and pay. After 15 minutes I finally went in to find out what the hold up was. I was 100% certain our order was ready. After standing another 5 minutes and both female employees turning around and looking at us multiple times I finally had to ask them to get our order. Because of lack of awareness we could have walked out with our 50 dollar order without paying. She didn’t even check to see if payment had been received. We are honest and said something about the payment. Just lack of customer service all around. Seemed like we were inconveniencing by being there.

With cash tip this pizza came to over thirty dollars. It was supposed to have extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Could hardly taste either. Tried to complain online and they only offered gift certificates like I would ever buy from Dominos again?

I don’t even like dominos that much but Im giving it five stars because I order almost weekly..It’s the only thing opened after 9pm and for the price, it’s fulfills it’s purporse. I moved to Kentucky and Dominos is the ONLY place that does not close at 9pm. Not sure why the negative reviews because this specific location has really friendly employees and the store is immaculate clean. Delivery charge is a bit higher than normal but when they are the only thing open after 9pm, they have the advantage…The food itself is worth five stars when comparing it to $10 pizza…Hell it’s cheaper than the cardboard frozen pizza you buy at the grocery store. No competitor pizza place in this area can compete with Domino’s app, closing hours and delivery areas This location doesn’t deserve anything less than 4 stars if an order is correct…The problem is people expect Mellow Mushroom quality pizza for Domino’s prices…it’s $7 pizza and it’s 100x better than Totinos you get at Kroger.

I got a Hawaiian pizza some wings and bread with a dip. Was 40 dollars!!! The wings were fatty and unedideble the dip was greasy and nasty. Couldn’t even try the pizza sorry but y’all lost a customer. Dude at the counter was cool only reason why you got 2 star’s

First time ever being there waited about 10 minutes finally a guy came over said what do you want? Could I please see a menu never been here before said look at the board I said I would like menu handed me a carry out menu.Looking at it I said we’re the prices he said they change all the time we run special.So I ask what the price of a menu pizza said what do you want on it told him ask about bread knots he told me about them so I ordered it all came to 13.00 dollars ask for garlic butter he handed me the cup. Got home pizza was over cooked was going to eat bread knots gave me som kind of sauce. Well I will never go back if I don’t know a price then I don’t want it iam willing to pay a good price if the food is worth it but the experience I did not like and the food got threw away ate 2 bread knots.
