If I could rate them 0 out of 5 that is what they would get. The manager of this restaurant should be fired. I called this place for more than 35 minutes and they refuse to answer the phone. I drive there and there are at least 7 people working there and not one could answer the phone. The manager has a smart mouth when you question why they can’t answer it. So I sit there while they make my order and listen to some ridiculous music that says the “N” word every other word. What a horribly run restaurant. AND then take my order home and it was wrong of course. HORRIBLE RESTAURANT…!!!

Very disappointed the staff was extremely rude they make you feel uncomfortable asking for napkins this has been multiple times now you order a 16-piece boneless wings and they give you two tiny sauce packets the staff is very rude and I can assure you we my family and anyone I know will not be eating there again if I could leave no stars I would but it’s not an option

I’m add a second complaint. I tried to place an order and they didn’t answer the phone last night 3-24-22. I called twice around 8pm and let it ring forever. i don’t know why but recently my card won’t go through online and the cash is there on the card. Between these 2 times I order and picked it up. and everything was kosher. Awhile back i use to order all the time and things were always great. not the case recently. not sure if it’s certain workers, or what.

When you get curbside pickup, they stop the timer way before it is delivered. I didn’t get it for a few minutes after they stopped it with 38 seconds still on the timer. This has happened to me pretty consistently. I usually complain and get a free pizza. I am tired of complaining and didn’t even call this time. I find this to be a dishonest practice. If you are going to cheat just stop offering the guarantee.

Food was hot and tasted good but couldn’t eat after found a hair in pizza. Also when delivery driver came they only have $5 for change. They said I was the first order of the night. I just felt like I should have been made aware of this on the phone. Food was delivered very quickly

Always fresh, on time. Online ordering is the greatest. Great service! Great crew! For some reason I cant get a receipt today. I was told by the driver he couldn’t give me one unless I paid by credit. I told him that’s not true. He’s the only one there that will never give me a receipt. Even after I’ve asked. He’s the worse one there. I never have any trouble out of any others. Just him.
