We recently moved to the area and have ordered from this location two times. Tonight was the second time we ordered and also the second time our order was incorrect. They were good about making it right and offering compensation or a remake, which is why they get an extra star. But after my experiences with other locations, I’m very disappointed. Probably won’t be ordering again as I don’t want to have to go through the customer service and redelivery process to get the correct pizza every time.

The driver decided to drop off our food at someone else’s house. We always get food delivered and never had any issues. But the fact that he was too lazy to deliver it right to our door is beyond me. We’ve had several issues with food quality at this location many many times and we used to call them in but we eventually stopped. There is no point of wasting our valuable time on giving feedback. The last straw was when the driver decided not to deliver to our door. When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t even apologize and told me I could call corporate. We will no longer continue being a customer. I won’t bother calling corporate because I know there’s nothing that’s going to change.
