I got the gluten free pizza and regular cheese pizza. Both pizzas were burnt and the crust were so hard it hurt my teeth and my kids complained it was hard to chew. We were so hungry though we ate it instead of trying to go back in and waiting another 30 minutes for our pizza. It even had a taste of burnt on it. I will not order from this dominos, I’d rather drive to Pickeringtons Domino’s since Ive never had problems with theirs. I only went here because it was new and closer.

6 workers and not one can answer a phone so we have to come in and get what was missing (wings and a pizza) after waiting a hour for it to be delivered. Get here and see 3 workers standing around who can’t answer the phone and most of them look high and act like it. Only helpful person is the bald man everyone else drags around. The delivery driver is the only person worth a damn in this place. The manager looks the most stoned and the most useless. Workers smoking weed in the back of the building as you can see and smell going through the drive threw.

I ordered all 3 of the new tator tots as I saw them on tik tok and they looked delicious. Also ordered lava cake and pops. Total was $50 and a 20-30 estimated delivery time. Once my order was placed the time changed to 35-45 minutes. It ended up taking over an hour and a half to be delivered. All of the food was cold, the cheese (even though they barely used any) had hardened. Disappointing. All I got was a “sorry”.

Me and my family ordered food the total ended up to be 50 bucks we waited 1 hour and we got the half the food they couldn’t answer the phone so we drove up there and we let the employees know the food wasn’t delivered and there response was so do you want me to make it or something I was completely shocked shut this place down the employees sucks and there acting like there high and they don’t care about people’s food

I was recommended to try a new specially Pizza. So I gave it a shot and ordered it online. I arrived at the store at the approximate estimated pick up time. When I arrive to the drive-up window I was informed that my order would be additional 20 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot as instructed and was told my order would be walked out to me. 40 minutes later my order was not walked out to me, so I drove back to the window and received my order at no cost. After observing the condition of the order I returned it and was not interested in consuming it.

How hard is it to send an order to the right house? Apparently too hard for this Dominos. They have tech override customer service so good luck sorting mistakes out or talking to anyone with common sense or who is even empowered to make it right. My advice is to just get Donatos instead…For as much as Dominos is anti-Door Dash they can’t deliver properly… what a joke of a strategy by their CEO.
