Sent us two cheese pizzas instead of one and 1 pepperoni bacon. They asked for the cheese back, then I sat in the waiting room for 19 min, then asked how long it would be very politely. He asked the woman how long till the bacon pepperoni is done. She said “what? “. So now waiting for it to cook. Definitely not a good experience and not my only bad experience with this store. . Just watched a guy spinning and throwing the dough just drop it. Hahaha wow. Grade A employees here. And I’m sitting here in shorts with a leg prosthetic but they still act annoyed any time I ask a simple question . Well, just got the pizza. I said “thank you” got zero in retun. Let go and walked away.

Tonight’s service was horrible! Both pizzas were cold when they finally arrived after over an hour of being in transit. On top of that, they were made horribly also. Hardly any toppings. The only good thing I have to say is that our poor delivery guy Joe was very polite. Apparently they were short on drivers. Still no excuse for the piss poor quality of how the pizzas were made. I really hope whoever owns/runs the Gender Rd location sees this because the stupid website wouldn’t even allow me to give them a rating! Worst experience ever with a Domino’s. Might just be the last.

Always Fast, Always Hot, Always Fresh. I used to hate Domino’s but this is my go to pizza on short notice. Highly recommend all the food and this particular location. Normally I don’t have any issues but today I did and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Called the number it just rang and disconnected. I pushed 1 like I was going to order and let them know what happened they transferred and got disconnected. So we have to drive back with traffic it’s 20 minutes one way so it is a big inconvenience. If I could get ahold of someone they could have been preparing my pizza so I could just walk in and exchange. Now I have to wait for them to make the pizza also so now it turns into an hour. Next time I will have to reconsider this location.

Literally the worst customer service experience that I ever had. I called to a call center to order and they gave me a delivery time and the pizza never showed up. I called back and they couldn’t help me. She said she would route me to customer service and it kept hanging up. I called back then they said they would send me directly to the store. No answer. i ordered a pizza at 09:27pm and waited for my delivery to show up. It said it was in quality check at 09:47. I waited for 2 hours for it to be delivered before I went to the store and asked for my pizza in hand. shortly after going home I checked the pizza and it was missing the parmesan sauce that was supposed to be on one part of my order and the Garlic crust seasoning was missing also. This location has never given me issues before this last month. Last weekend i ordered a pizza for delivery 2 hours before delivery was over and it was cancelled both times without reason.

I placed an order here when my order was about near time to get ready, they called and said they were closing early and it couldn’t be prepared. When asked to speak with manager they said no manager was in and I couldn’t get a name or call back. The young lady with register I’d number 6957 was very rude. First time ordering here. Ordered pizza 20 mins before arriving. Was not even started yet, when I arrived. Then watched as the man, as he checked customers out, never washing his hands, after touching the register, opening the door to outside, touching money. Then making the pizzas. That’s absolutely disgusting. That should be one thing they teach you, WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!! It’s a business where you work with FOOD!!!!!! Health dept needs to visit!

This is the only Domino’s that I will order from even though there’s other ones closer to me. I say this because even when there are any issues (which are few and far between) they’re immediately fixed. A big bonus to have such nice and polite drivers as well. Manners seem to be in short supply these days and I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences for the most part with this store and their staff.
