Placed an online order. Was supposed to be done 40min later. They didn’t even put it in the oven until an hour after i ordered it(after the pick up time). Wouldn’t answer the phones, or help me when i went in to ask about it. Will not be ordering from here again. I have worked in the food industry before. This is honestly just unacceptable. There were plenty of workers there. Not to mention, they were all moving at a snails pace. Don’t recommend.

I ordered a large pizza with twist and cheese dip. I picked the ordered up after my grocery pick up. On the way home, I opened both to see and the garlic twist wasn’t even in the meal. So I called, no one picked up for 15 mins (how long for me to drive back), then I had to wait another 15 mins for them to make my order. This will be the last time I order from Domino’s. By the time I actually received my twist, my groceries were thawed out and my pizza was cold. Very poor experience and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone else who was trying to have an easy stress free pickup day that ended up in and 2 hour stressful day.

Threatened harassment charges for calling and being hung up on repeatedly just to ask for corporates # since its my fault they screwed my order up. I called the LPD myself we had a good laugh together. Will be calling again tomorrow to get another manager hopefully.

Today My boyfriend ordered two subs, grandma picked up Two pizzas the two pizzas were not done, and the girl on the phone was rude. She said that he can order the pizza well done or bring it back Omg. Also refuses to give a credit for the pizzas. Last time we did they burnt it. He knows his pizza his mom used to own pizza shop, so he knows how to make a DONE pizza .

Domino’s offers the best value out of the national chains in my opinion. I feel like the pizza is consistent and prices are cheap enough that you can get a variety of pizzas to appeal to everybody if you have a group. This location however has been way behind on orders, with young staff possibly playing a role in slow service. I sat inside for 45 minutes after my estimated time when I went to pick up an order. They also don’t seem to be on top of updating the tracker to help communicate the status of your order.

Sent an online order at 7:35pm at 7:40pm the app said it was being prepped. Coming in at 8:40pm the 1 out of the 3 of the pizza was not even prepped or made still. There was only one employee, the manger was sitting down in the back visible to customers and not working. We were told by the employee they were out of chicken, so we told her to just make the pizza without chicken. The pizza was never made, she went to go make another order. So we told her to forget that one and we’ll just take the 2 that had been made. We were charged again for the pizzas. Said there would be a credit for a single free pizza on our app, no credit for a free pizza still.

It’s been 4 years since I ordered here because of a bad experience, but I tried them again. I remember what their pizza tasted like, and it’s different. There was a distinct, strong taste of garlic and butter in the crust. I didn’t care for it. It was like a flavor overload. The sauce is too salty, and there was major gaps in the cheese coverage. It was dripping with grease. As far as the Italian sub, it was ok, but I was disappointed to find out they don’t put lettuce and tomatoes on. I don’t think I’ll be back. There are much tastier options that don’t take over an hour. Also, I can tell management isn’t concerned about how their customers feel…they haven’t responded to any of these low ratings.
