Ordered the 5 topping for $10.99 deal. We ordered double cheese, pep, mushrooms (on half). Pizza was harder than cardboard and had bare spots where there was no cheese at all..half the pizza was uncut (see photo reference)..the other half of the pizza was given away..just terrible. My wife and I debated on having the pizza remade, but we were in a hurry to get to somewhere and couldn’t wait another 20 mins. Staff is friendly, but the pizza toppings are lacking and the crust is always stretched WAY to thin and it’s hard (crunchy actually). The Lancaster Domino’s location is amazing (great pizza!)..the Logan location is not good, at all. I literally had people turn down a free slice as I was trying to give it away. 2 stars only because the staff is friendly..otherwise the food is 0 stars.

These guys did an amazing job! We had a large group of hungry Boy Scouts come in after a long hike. The crew working that night made over a dozen pizzas for us, let us move tables around, brought out other chairs to sit on since we used all of the ones in the dining area. They checked on us often and were so caring. They did this all while taking other others on a busy Memorial day weekend!

Placed an party order 48 hours prior to the event. Showed up at the the order time to find the doors locked and the location closed. The morning manager had quit so the location did not open until the night manager came in just before 3 and our pickup time was at 2:30! No call or notification was made us that our order would not be completed!! We had prepaid for 14 pizzas for a party!! The night manager offered to have our pizzas done by 4 pm (when the party ended or refund our money.) We accepted the refund and went to another pizza place. The lack of communication is the reason for this rating. It would be zeronof possible. We would have been understanding of the situation had we been informed prior by the owner or whomever runs the location!! Completely unacceptable.

We came in with our large boy scout troop. Cody and Hunter were the absolute best. They were able to get us extra chairs and tables from the back and get our food quickly. Really appreciated the great service.

I was to receive 3 small gluten-free pizzas and a Sprite 2 liter… and I got my pizzas and they were sauceless after specifying what sauces I wanted and a Diet Coke. I called and they got me the Sprite after I called and was told I wrote down Diet Coke (where on the sticker on the box said Sprite as well as my app receipt said Sprite) so once we got that go to our pizzas (that are now cold) and sauceless.. they should have been BBQ, garlic parmesan, and alfredo. We called back for the third time and was met with a rude employee (female) who said the GM wasn’t there. Then she said the GM was in. The GM (Carol) tried to argue with us and said that they didn’t know corporates number. When I asked about corporates number she demanded the pizzas back and rudely argued that she made them/weighed them.
