Quality of pizza was trash. Crust was irregularly thin like cardboard…. Didn’t have no flavor, stiff and dry…on top of that … the pizza was barely cut, good thing we had a pizza cutter… it was ready on time… but shoulda went to lil Cesar’s for this , would have been better. Very disappointed! I hate wasting money !!!

I ordered two pizzas and a two-liter. It was estimated at a max of 37 minutes, and my order was more than an hour late. When it arrived, I was told the two-liter wasn’t available and I would not be charged. The food was cold, not fresh, and not good. Usually when an order is late, I let it go. This isn’t the first time it’s been late from this store, but this order was late and cold and gross, and I decided I wanted a refund. I contacted the store three times that day and was on hold for several minutes each time with no answer. I reached out to corporate customer service and the response indicated the franchisee would be contacting me. I called the store again next day I was on hold for 13 minutes. I actually went into the store instead, and was told they couldn’t refund me for an order not placed that day, and I’d have to call later and talk to the manager. I did, and she said I would have to contact corporate. I have been trying to get a refund for the late order. Today I noticed that I WAS charged for the two-liter I never got as well. It’s absolutely ridiculous to not be able to get my money back for bad food, late delivery, and items that I did not get. The manager, John, was at least trying to be helpful and issued a credit, I will absolutely give him that. He was a nice guy.

I am quite impressed with this dominos. It blows any other pizza place out of the water!! My pizzas are always done fast. When I ordered delivery it was done quicker than I was told it would be delivered. This dominos is not stingy on toppings too, they load it up. A+ fellas

Got it done in timely manner but got pizza home and it wasn’t cut all the way and had no sauce it was really dry called them and told them and they replaced the order thats the only reason I’m giving 2 stars just hate you pay 30.00 for something and had to go back a second time and waste gas to pick up the remake .

Got food poisoning from one order a few months ago and then gave them another shot today and our order never showed up after an hour and then was marked as delivered. It took another half an hour to get someone on the phone and after talking to three people they tried to convince us to pick it up as carry out even though it had already been driven around for an hour and a half at this point so we finally ended up getting a refund but it was ridiculous they were going to charge us for a pizza that didn’t show up and they never bothered to call when they supposedly could find our apartment so just marked it as delivered instead. 0/10

I placed my order online at 6:04pm took an hour to even prepped, then it took until 7:31pm for the driver to even pick up the pizza, just for him to deliver to someone else first, when we live literally 2 minutes from the store. We get our food and wasnt even what we ordered and the food was cold as hell. Called the store 8 times waited 7-10 minutes eachtime before i hung up. Called again just for the recorded line to say they were sending us straight to the managers line. Guess what, we got hung up on with out an answer after waiting 10 minutes for them to pick up..
