Order was made correctly and quickly . Sauce is good and the toppings were as expected portion size. Pizza was not cut all the way thru which is a bummer especially when you have to recut it. When working the cut table do not be so gentle with the rocker or get your rockers sharpened .

Called in a pizza and was told to wait 20 minutes, I wait to leave since I have 30 minutes for lunch. Get to the store and wait 18 minutes to be told the pizza won’t be ready for another 15. Told her to cancel the order since I have 12 minutes left for lunch and now I get to work the rest of the day without eating. 10/10 would not recommend and won’t be comping back.

Ordered online and was given an estimated delivery time of 45 to 58 minutes. As I watched the tracker, it took Ashley (the manager as the tracker told me) 58 minutes just to prepare my order. My order didn’t get to my house until 2 HOURS after placing said order. Finally get my food and it’s barely warm, and they gave me the wrong beverage. Next time I won’t even bother ordering online. I’ll just drive to the Summit St location in point place.

I ordered from this location and it was delivered to the wrong hotel. I even double checked to make sure it wasn’t from my end. I then called the store and the guy that delivered it, answered the phone, and He said he delivered to the address that was given but obviously not. Anyway whoever got my order I hope you enjoyed it.

Usually our food is fresh and cooked through. But last night my pasta bowl was raw and no it wasn’t sauce it was raw dough. I had to re-bake it in my oven to eat it. Two stars for my husband’s pizza being fine and the parmesan bread bites.
