Love the pasta and Chicken, Bacon, Ranch subs. My husband loves the pizza so this is our go to when we can’t agree on where to go. I gave it 4 stars just because I was given misinformation on the coupons. The manager told me I could not use 2 coupons on 1 order. She was wrong. You can. I used the $6.99 coupons I b and a $3 off coupon from my last order on the following order from when we spoke. I just think the manager should of known that.

Domino’s on maple was horrible the specialty chicken was burnt the stuffed cheesy bread was burnt and I asked for extra sauce for the Alfredo bowls and was told it wasn’t aloud and got home to two bowls with literally no sauce very disappointed and hangry

Usually love this place, last week I had a code for a free medium pizza emailed to me. I redeemed it, placed my order and got a call from the store shortly after confirming I wanted my pizza with no sauce. I waited 20 minutes after they said the delivery driver was on the way before I decided to just order papa johns since I never got the pizza. ( I live 3 buildings down from dominos ) 2 days later my neighbor mentions there was a pizza sitting in the doorway of other apartments, I was curious to see if it was mine so I took a look and there it was. Sitting on the dirty ground in the hallway of other apartments in my building. Haven’t ordered dominos since and don’t think I ever will.

Terrible experience. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait and never heard anything for an hour. I called them and asked the status of my order and was told it would be ready shortly. I received a notification on the app that my delivery driver would be there shortly. Another 30 minutes later and I still had not heard anything. I called them back again and was told that my order had “just left the building”. Something obviously isn’t lining up with their customer service…..

According to the app my order would be ready by 6:05pm at latest. I watched the tracker on the app and it had not moved from prep. I arrived at the window at 5:55pm and was told my order would take another 30 minutes. I understand getting behind, but inform your customers before they arrive. What if they had to be back at work or something.
