I ordered 2 Philly pizzas and asked if they had the shredded provolone they said yes bur they didn’t. You can tell when it’s made without it. Tell people when u don’t have all the ingredients so they change their order. Don’t think u can get by with lying, people know. Also never got garlic on the crust like I was suppose to. Never will go back, they have no idea what they are doing.

I ordered 2 bread bowls and a pizza on Friday night 12/10 they were actually made with a generous amount of sauce which they usually are super dry. But as both my mother and I got down to the bottom of the bowls we noticed the dough wasn’t fully cooked and was still raw. It was late and I had to work the next day so I didnt get to call until the next day but it was less then 24 hours. I called the location and first I was basically not allowed to speak to a manager then after I explained my issue he told me that’s just what happens to the bread bowls that the never get fully cooked and then finally told me there was nothing he could do for me because I didn’t call that night I got my food. I won’t be back anytime soon and I’m very disappointed in the customer service of this location.

I ordered a sandwich and a 20oz Coke. My order arrived late, cold and sloppy as if it got tossed about. The delivery driver produced my sandwich but my Coke was MIA..he stated he would grab one and be right back. I called repeatedly after 30min had passed. After 40min had passed I got through. I was informed he’d be there in a minute. That minute stretched out to an additional 20min. Having eaten my meal already he finally arrived..it took one hour an a half to get my Coke to complete my original order that I paid for. I will give my business to someone else in the future.

If I could give no stars I would. I was told pizza would be ablut an hour or so. It was 2 and a half hours. SHOCKER it was cold. When I called the lady she said that’s impossible it just came out of the oven and came to me. It definitely did not. When I asked for a refund I was told no. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no. Call back on Monday. Then when I said I will call back I asked for the woman’s name she hung up. I will never order here again.

I just received a pizza I ordered to be delivered from the Middlefield Dominos Pizza. I ordered a spinach and feta large with a thin crust. I received a burnt pizza black edges and burnt bottom. I have ordered this pizza before from them and it was not received like this. The pizza cost 23.98 including delivery, I gave a s6.00 tip to the driver. I called to complain because I actually tried to eat a piece. They offered to send a new one. I accepted. They then called me back to say I would have to pay the deliver charge again. 4.99. I told them to keep their pizza and I would write a review for them. I refused to pay $34.97 for a pizza! $29.98 was enough to throw away.
