Quality is very hit-or-miss at this location. I generally like Domino’s, and the folks at the Ravenna store nailed it, every single time. Pizza from this store is great sometimes, and sometimes, well, it seems like they just don’t care. Just got one, and the crust was completely flat on one side, it was not cut all the way through, the toppings were mostly on one side, and the sauce was almost nonexistent. When they do things right it turns out really good, but about a third of the time it’s, well… something else entirely. I’m not at all happy with the inconsistency and have begun shifting my business down the street. There are too many local pizza shops for us to continue to tolerate poorly made orders. I think three stars is being rather kind.

The Pizza was good. However, the staff was cold, and unemotional. No opening or closing greeting. They acted like they didn’t care if a customer was there or not. The two individuals working that day need a refresher course on Human Being 101❗

On-time & hot, definitely enough sauce without the need to add additional. Enough sausage but could use a touch more peppers and black olives to make a more rounded bite BUT for the price you can’t beat it.

My husband and I were in the area and decided to pick up a pizza for dinner on Tuesday. We were helped by an exceptional manager, John. He helped us find a good deal and then made our order while we waited. He tried to make us comfortable by getting us chairs and turning on the TV. Very thoughtful and courteous! The pizza turned out great, fresh and hot. Many thanks. My one thing I would look for next time is…the dining room tables and chairs needed to be cleaned. PLUS, all the workers should be using the purell on the wall before entering the kitchen/baking area. Just something to work on. Thank you!

I placed an online order and when the pizza tracker told me my order was finished I left my house to go to the store. When I arrived the place was completely empty except one person sitting at a table eating a brownies. I didn’t even realize he was an employee till after he asked if I had an order. Turns out he never bothered to make the pizza so I had to sit there while he made the slop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Long time customer but no longer. On three separate occasions my order was messed up, missing ingredients every time. Every one of those occasions I was told they’ll take my name and place a note under my number so I can get a free pizza next time or a direct replacement for what was messed up. I finally decided to claim my “one” pizza and I was placed on hold, when I mentioned who I was and to look under my number where I was told the note was placed there was nothing…. Just hold… thanks a lot!!! I guess one free pizza is worth losing a customer over lol

I’m sure it is at no fault of the staff, but service with appalling. First time I ordered my delivery took over an hour and a half. When asked about this, the store replied, “we don’t have a driver” but had failed to inform us of this prior to us contacting them. Then on a redemption order, this time for pick up- I arrive at the store 10 minutes prior to my completion time listed by the Mobile app. When I asked the store members what time my order would be done, they look at me confused and had in fact NOT started my order. This pushed my puck up time another 30 minutes where I had to wait in my vehicle until it was completed. Overall, this location is slacking.
