I’ve ordered from this location off and on since 2020 when I moved here so I feel I have a vast amount of experience to leave a review. This place is TERRIBLE they ALWAYS get my order wrong either by messing up my pizza toppings or leaving off items. Frequently I order Salad and either do not get dressing or the wrong dressing, alot of the time my drink is missing. I understand food service sucks as a job I’ve done it but you ARE getting PAID to serve food and all persons in the chain are responsible for poor customer service. My hard earned money is not charity for service workers who could give two sh!ts about their customers. The last order I made will certainly be the LAST my pizza toppings were not only wrong the cheese on top was crusty and hard and it looked like it was an old pizza. It was also cold but honestly looked like a day or two old not just cooled down. Also several times I’ve ordered online and never received my order only to call and be told there were no drivers effing seriously? That specific response was ridiculous. I’m switching to a local joint I will give no more money to any domino’s store. They deserve zero stars!!!!

Most likely won’t be ordering again. The Pepperoni cheesy bread was terrible. It was undercooked and only baked on one side, it didn’t have any pepperoni inside, it had way too much cheese inside and very little on top and they didn’t top it with garlic oil. The pizza was about the same, over cheesed, topped poorly, and no garlic oil on the crust, the spinach also tasted like it had gone bad.

This by far the last time we will be sending $$$ here the first issue the delivery person actually demanded tips and we told them not to send him back to our home and he just came back with 4 boxes of grease for a $120 we need our money back asap the presentation was even disrespectful horrible

I just want to say Savanah at this store is amazing. My app was glitching and where a lot of managers or associates would just ignore or not fix the problem, she was more than happy to help. If corporate sees this, she deserves a raise and she was so sweet even though she was already supposed to be off. So thank you, Savanah!

Best pizza spot in Garfield. The store is clean. The pizza is great. The people are friendly. That woman Cre is always very helpful and makes some great pizzas. If they make a mistake, which is rare, they make it right without hesitation.

I’m so devastated to keep seeing the same comments since the first day they opened last year, I’m right down the street and I still haven’t tried this dominos because all of the bad reviews. I hope they get it together so I can eat some good dominoes by my house for once! I’m tired of driving to all the other neighborhoods and they take my money. Our community needs to do better!
