What a joke! Almost two hours and still no pizza delivered! Called and they don’t answer! Called the 1800 number and of course they can’t help! They just transfer you to the store who doesn’t answer! Already charged my card for something I don’t have! Called Parma heights and they said the manager had no idea what to do and the kid said the manager couldn’t come to the phone and he also didn’t even know his managers name.

Worst service and horrible management not to mention false advertising.pizza with all your favorite toppings…not true 19.99 with coupon is actually a one topping pizza. Coupon code 5885 states and I quote all your favorite toppings assuming at least 3-5 toppings. Totally rude on the phone no idea what was going on. This is the second time I tried to get pizza here last time when I ordered they closed before my order that was already in was done and cancelled my order with 5 people waiting. No call. A large order of wings didn’t come… I have been “first in line ” on the phone for 2 hours now… at 46 minutes someone answered and promptly hung up. I called back and currently 75 minutes of ‘first in line”. I doubt they will get my money agai .

Picked up a very bad pizza from this Middleburg Hts. location on Sunday 3-5-2023. The pizza looked ok in the car at pickup, other than having a very greasy appearance. After getting it home, it tasted like an old, re-baked pepperoni pizza, with a very hard crust, dried up cheese, and like someone just added the extra sausage and mushrooms we ordered on our 3 item large hand-tossed pizza. When calling to complain about the quality of the pizza, the store manager was very rude, and offered NO recourse to our dissatisfaction. Not quite sure we will be ordering again from this location. Very POOR customer service, especially since this manager had mentioned she was involved with the order, and was also in the middle of training new employees; during our phone conversation!
