I order 2 medium special. Had bad personal experience with employee. I looked at pizza and showed him the box that whoever made it was not properly made and seems like he didn’t have experience. afterwards I ignored the topic asked him if I can get some chili peppers. Attitude was not good and look can’t describe in words. Personally will not order from this place anymore. This was my 2nd time I gave them a chance, but I think owner doesn’t have enough time to train his employees- Good Luck

I was given the wrong order and when I brought the food back so I could get the correct food the service was terrible! I will never order from there or recommend anyone too. The manager cussed at me and threw money at me ! They should be closed! I did however get a pizza from up the street across from the car wash the service there was wonderful

Don’t trust the delivery drivers. 0 professionalism lack of concern for the safety of the customer(s). Driver placed my order on a trash can when asked to place on top of my vehicle. I also was not compensated for this no refund whatsoever.

I Ordered from this location online. I received my delivery after canceling my order after a nearly 70 minute wait. The app quoted 25-30 minutes. When I called the store asking about the delivery I was told it would be there momentarily. 15 minutes later, still no pizza. It took another 5 calls to the store for someone to answer when I finally canceled the order. They still delivered the pizza after I canceled. Not a good experience.

I made a order here and I never received it no one called and when I called them back to talk to the manager no one answered the phone and I’m still waiting on my refund this was very unprofessional I used to be a loyal customer but at this point I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this location on Northfield near Southgate especially through delivery they even had the nerve to text me it was on its way at 9:30 and I never received it I am very disappointed I can’t believe that all these commercials about customer service but your customer service sucks I even received a call after midnight after the store was closed from the delivery driver saying he still had my food what a joke I’m not trusting that
