I ordered a thin pizza and was given a hand tossed pizza. When I called to complain, Amy who claimed she was the owner, was very rude and disrespectful. She said the person picking up the pizza agreed to accept the wrong pizza. I asked why she didn’t call back after I placed the order. No reply. I told her I would return the pizza despite them just having to throw the pizza away. She refused to credit my account, and again became rude and argumentative. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I won’t be returning.

Our effort to order food for a group of workers at our home was not only a waste of time, but awful service. First the app didn’t work and/or their online order service was not functioning. Then the phone order was placed, and after the time had already passed for expected delivery, we called and we were told the food was being sent right then. ( It certainly was not sent just then because it didn’t arrive!) After more time passed, we called back again and were told the delivery driver didn’t show up! No-one bothered to inform us along the way and we had to keep calling! Then the person on the phone asked us if we wanted to come and pick up the order!! Very poor service and what we intended as a simple gesture of kindness to our landscape crew, became a huge waste of time and in the end, no food delivery! Shame on the management of this Dominos.

First of all, we pulled up on a rainy Saturday, late evening and it was not super crowded. Just one other person waiting for there pie. We waited for our pizza. And it took more than 2 minutes, so we got a free pizza in return! Which I find excellent to guarantee there amazing service. We ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza, a thin crust pepperoni pie with onions, and a regular crust pizza with pepperoni. And you can not forget the parm bread bites. As soon as I took a bite out of my Pepperoni Pan pizza, my taste buds were full of excitement as this tasted magnificent. And don’t forget the bread bites, those little babies are amazing. Great job dominos, great job.

The food is meh. But the people are surprisingly professional and competent. Most of the time, service is prompt and consistent. However, last night, we waited 1 hr 40 minutes for our dinner. Still, I think the manager–who also happened to be the only driver on a Sunday–handled it pretty well. I’d ordered online, and the estimated time for receiving the order had said 27 minutes. Waaay off. But this one bad experience was an anomaly.

Tried ordering online and when I went to pay is when it said to call because online was turned off. Tried calling and someone picked up and immediately hung up on me. Called back and sat listening to ‘please wait your order is very important to us’ for almost 7min and no one ever answered. What a waste of my time. I called 42min before they closed lmfao. How lazy.

This is by far the worst Dominos,I’ve ever had the experience of eating from not only did they steal money from a minor of 50 $ and the bill came to 20$ that means it’s 30’dollars in change to be returned the employee who delivered the pizza chose to keep the 30 dollars on top of receiving a five dollar tip separate from the order. I called and explained to guy who claimed he was a stand in manager so I called back and spoke to a young African American general manager he opt to get smart and I stopped him in his conversation you don’t come at me any other way then apologizing thy refused to bring the money back 30 now I’m also asking for the tip money as well . At 10:20 pm there is a knock at my door first off you never permission to come to my home , then the general manager attempts to proceed with let me tell you something- wrong answer you don’t ever know on my door or any customer door when you don’t have permission- you are not to ever return to my home and I do mean what I say I don’t wish to speak to anyone from that store unless there are higher than the general manager as I stated he was the biggest issue and I called today and spoke to Dustin who couldn’t transfer me to any one other than the general manager

I would give zero stars, if i could! Pizza delivery took over an hour to come and then it was wrong order. Waited another 40 minutes before I called the store and they told me to come pick it up. No apology provided. Very frustrating experience. Absolutely zero customer service.

My experience at this pizza place use to always be great overall; however, after recently ordering a pan pizza with wings, I know that this place has went downhill. My wings were undercooked and cold, and my pizza was doughy and the taste was not great. After taking my pizza back into the restaurant to be cooked more, I was met with poor customer service. The guy was refusing to cook my undercooked pizza more because he said the pizza was perfectly cooked and the doughiness if from the crust being fermented. All I needed was for my pizza to at least be cooked properly. On top of the pizza being doughy, the cheese to sauce ratio was way off. My pizza was lack luster and more dough than toppings. The wings were a lost cause and there was not an apologetic attitude about the messed up food. This is not an establishment that I would like to continue buying from. After years of loving this pizza, the love has finally come to an end.
