Domino’s has become my favorite pizza in Ohio. I also love their desserts, especially lava cake and marble brownies. The delivery is the fastest I’ve experienced. The extraganzzza pizza tastes almost like my own home made pizza. No one has ever come close to my home made (family secret) pizza!! No one. Ever. We haven’t done Domino’s in awhile because the last one we ordered from wasn’t good. This one opened by us so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza with no mushrooms and the Stuffed Cheesy Bread. First off, it was nothing like the other Dominos. Pizza was hot, plenty of toppings and tasted delicious. The bread, was FULL of cheese and it was just as good…super soft, etc..and the delivery guy was very nice. We’ll definitely order again!!

Ordered a Chicago style pizza. Nowhere does it say that they put garlic butter on the crust. I received my pizza with garlic butter on the crust it was disgusting. The crust is usually my favorite part, but it definitely was not this time. If they’re going to put garlic butter on the crust, it should say so in the description . Needless to say it went to the trash

Horrible! Literally 2 blocks away and both times I’ve ordered it claimed it’s delivered when it wasn’t and it’s been 1 hour late with cold food. Do not recommend. Go Donatos!! Complete bs and thr manager claims he’s 99% sure it will still be hot… lol and I called them back and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back to a hot headed manager that advised he could not make it right. Disgusting customer service!

We asked for the 5 Cheese Dip and Garlic Twist we received burnt cheese to the bottom not even a inch worth of dip in our pan. Unacceptable. Payed for something and don’t get the moneys worth. First time tying this Dip and can’t even try it properly.

I’ve ordered twice from this establishment. No large pizza boxes this time. Therefore, I had to downgrade to 2 medium pizzas. No problem, right? Wrong. And it’s because in the end, there was no reduction in what was taken from my account. Furthermore, I was informed by the delivery driver, that there were no 20 ounce Coca-Colas in stock. Again, I was charged more than what I should’ve paid, after all of the downgrades to my order. No longer doing business with this establishment.
